So I slept on it, and I think Omtose may have been a finder. The basic role of the middle empires (civil/military official) can both find and kill, depending on which is chosen.

Assassin is a special role. I'm thinking that he could probably find AND kill. Maybe even both in one night?

Sleep is a great thing. I came to the same conclusions regarding Omtose even though he accused me of being something based on a blocked find. The reason I believe him? I'm glad you asked. I tried a NA on Karosis last night and even though I know I was within range of him and I wasn't blocked, nothing happened!!! It was like he is a ghost. I should have received some information right? The reason I know this is that I wasn't blocked. If he turns out to be barbarian then we have confirmation that barbarians can move to locations that are occupied by other players (Barghast)

Like all players, I would expect people of the same faction to be able to move to locations on which one of their team members are already occupying. Basically, it could be that Barghast is a barbarian underling(or leader), allowing Karosis to share the spot. This is just speculation, only correct assuming we are sure that Barghast is the one actually sharing that tile, and that Karosis is in fact a barbarian.

I've been blocked before and was given notice that I was blocked

Moving and Notices:

Moving between Locations is accomplished during the day using the Move ability. All players have access to this ability.

Move - If there are no enemy players in your location, you may move to any adjacent location. If there is one or more enemy players in your location, you may move to any adjacent location at which there is another player from your faction. You will be told if it fails or succeeds. If the move fails, you may not try again on the same day.

Emperors may only move at Dawn and must submit a provisional for the Move in advance or they will not Move. All other players may not submit provisionals for Move - it resolves via Ironman rules (no provisionals, actions are globally resolved in the order they are submitted).
