A quick take on current events -

a vote for Korbas seems like bowing to a conspiracy theory, while voting for Galain seems to be giving Liosan too much credit.

Well, if the Dominator is dead, then this really all just hinges on which fraction is bigger because other than a lone recruit hanging around were all Lady or Rebel. And since the originals from those fractions are so sparse, it really depends on the which side the Black Company are currently on. Judging by the book summaries, seems like it could be either one. Anyone want to sound off on that?

Which side the BC is on is a good question. Which side any of the factions are/were on is a good question. Someone mentioned a while ago how Soulcatcher's faction might have been aligned with the Lady. I'm not so sure, since the wiki says she plotted against the Lady, and we have the added dynamic of Soulcatcher and Limper hating each other. The Limper has been in scenes but hasn't been announced dead, so I believe he is around.

Major character names (from the wiki and not including Dominator/WhiteRose/Lady/Rebel leader) that may still be in the game (barring obfuscation by Korbas)

If we throw in leaders + Croaker, that basically meets the remaining numbers. Except there have been some 'minor' character CF's plus a soldier of the lady who didn't even have a name. Limper and Whisper could be killers. Shapeshifter sounds like a scary fucker who could have an interesting role. Maybe someone recruited the Captain so has the BC.

I would hazard that none of the factions have been wiped out entirely, so the mix of remaining players could be good.

Can we get an extension on the Day for at least another 20 hours? Seriously this is a critial point in the game and half or more of the remaining players are getting plowed or not but are on holiday and I personally don't want the winning team get a free pass because of that.

Basically this. I think we've got 3 hours until the clock-strikes midnight. I think zero action at this point is probably tantamount to bowing in defeat. I'll vote before day times out. The problem is figuring out who.

Ok, time is a wasting. A lot was spewed in the Liosan-Galain explosion yesterday (what a long yesterday it was....), but two of them were that Galain had multiple BPs and that he was a killer. We have at least one killer left, and compared to Korbas whom I'm betting has nothing like that, Galain is more likely to be a big deal. Not to say I believe either of the claims made by Liosan were necessarily true, if we take out a possible killer it leaves more time. I have no idea what the factions stand out now, 3x3x1, 3x3x2 or any other possibility, removing the killer would make this less D-Day.
