Well, reading back through it I find Fener's defense somewhat alarming and confusing, mostly for the fact it incriminates me more than anything. To be honest, in a stagnant game, it's reasonable to want to jumpstart the low-posters into posting, or remove them if they don't, as it's at least possible you might remove a 'scum' lying low. That's why Fener's reaction to Eloth's pressure seemed over the top. Yes, the idea of randomly lynching someone is a clearly ludicrous idea, and I suppose you could make the argument Alkend's initiative was a little quick, but we never lynch randomly anyway, even on Day 1. It's merely the first target to be presented who looks a bit iffy. I'm the lowest poster (I think), and meant to check in this morning but forgot, thus it looked like I was coasting.
*shrugs* It's the discussion the idea generates that counts, and if Eloth was serious about randomly voting someone off he would have voted me already, especially now D'riss has added his vote into the mix.

So you would rather not lynch at all? That's what you seem to be saying here while trying to avoid to say it outright. The only chance for everyone to get some relyable information is to lynch. You have to take the risk to hit a teammate imo.

well....since i was on the same list along with Merrid...i find it amusing everyone thinks i was defending him.

I rebutted that it doesnt HAVE to be random...we could at least strive to get info.
And I was saying that voting low posters at that time of the day was silly...wich it was.

I was not defending anyone...i was attacking eloths view on the way we approach a day one lynch.
