My freakin word.

Have you guys seen Castlevania season 2?

It is everything. Episode 7...I have no words....

Do I need to know anything about the games? All I know is they have whips, chicken, and vampires (in that order?). And presumably start with season 1?

TBH I barely knew anything about the games myself but I get the impression there were alot of easter eggs fans of the series were gushing over.

Yes, definately start with the first season, It was very well handled but the second season put it to shame.

On the subject of Fate, I picked up my Netflix shows again after a good few months away from them. Watched Violet Evergarden special ep, which was really nice, and then a few episodes of Magi: Labyrinth.

Did you guys have a look at ZombieLand Saga?

I think it's the strangest thing I have yet enjoyed this year.

Still early days but the morbid humor has been...refreshing.

Just finished Stay Night. It was legit but not as legit as Zero story wise. It did have some better fights and a love story I got into. Sakura was a bit strange though due to her absence. Zero indicated she was a beast in the making but she was not in this tournament at all(or most of the show). The epilogue was kinda strange but the cat fight was amazing. I also liked the inclusion(I think) of Waver speaking to Shirou in London.

Looking forward to see what those crazy kids get up to next and maybe Sakura will finally shine here in Apocrypha. Starting either now or very soon. May take a small break as I finished those last 4 eps of SN back to back.

I am now. First couple episodes were amaaaaazing. Next couple maybe not quite as non-stop hilarious but still excellent.

Nope, Apocrypha is (yet again) all new characters! Get used to it, that's how Fate rolls :(

If you want more Sakura, you need to read/watch the 3rd route of Stay Night - Heaven's Feel (there's a 2-movie adaptation of it, which I haven't seen).

I don't know much about Extra:Last Encore, but he probably never will. Fate is too convoluted for that

super duper minor spoilers for an entire other entry in the franchise that only exists in comic-form I think:
Spoiler

Speaking of older Velvet, though... so he looks like this, right? And do you remember this guy from Iskander's summoned army? Hmm....

That is who I’m thinking of in last Ep of SN and 1st Ep of Apo yes. Hasn’t said his name in either Ep yet but it’s not hard to figure out it’s probably him by his location, actions and dialogue so soon after Zero.

I do not remember the army figure no but I didn’t know to be on the lookout for it obviously on a 1st watch lol.

Haven’t read tag

Oh just read it, it's nothing at all, and something that has never been (and probably never will be) adapted into tv/movie format.

But anyways, yes, the guy you're thinking of at the end of SN is Waver 10 years later.

Don't ever mistake her for a guy and don't ever regard her as a woman either. And don't fail to regard her at all. All these things piss Mordred off.

I binged most of Frame Arms Girl over the weekend. Fluffy flutter, but fun.

Also, don't call his/her dad a dude. Don't call his/her dad a woman, either. Don't say his/her dad is good at anything or show any respect for them, and *especially* don't say anything bad about them, either.

Holy shit that reference at the end of this week's Tonegawa had me choking trying not to laugh, given that it was 5:30 and my wife was very much asleep.
