Realized I've never actually played Grandia. Found my copy in closet. REALLY considering remedying this soon esp if it takes to long to get to Switch which is hopefully an upgrade though the graphics on back cover don't look bad even now.

I was thinking of getting it on Vita before they do something stupid, like remove it from the PS Store, as seems to have happened with a few games I might have been interested in.

Currently making progress with Suikoden, P4G, FFX and Cosmic Star Heroine. They're all fab on handheld.

Plus I also somehow managed to properly start Trails in the Sky SC and Skies of Arcadia Legends. Long weekend and all that.

Keep me posted on your Skies progress, DM me if you get properly stuck. I will give you one massive majorly important pointer now but put it into spoiler comments in case you don't want to read it:

Cheers! I just got to the Lower City at Valua to get the Harpoon Cannon. I don't know if we're allowed to talk about emulation on here, so I'll mention it just this once - I just got a Steam Link on the cheap from ebay, so I've now got SoA running through Dolphin to the tv with the HD textures pack. Looks lovely Posted Image Mainly got the Link so I can play Steam games, of course, so I've been playing Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC, too. Much happiness.

I think I'm approaching the ends of both Cosmic Star Heroine and Suikoden. I've made these two a priority at the moment as they're supposedly the shortest games in my backlog. Really enjoying both, especially Suikoden.

Finished Suikoden. What a great game, and so good to play a JRPG that didn't drag on for 50,000 hours ( <-- slight exaggeration). Really looking forward to playing the second one, but going to play some other stuff first.

It hasn't gone anywhere for the past week as I've been trying to finish Suikoden and Cosmic Star Heroine (which I should be able to accomplish today). I'll be getting back to Skies over the weekend, hopefully.

Aha, well enjoy!

I've been playing MonHunWorld (Glaive is great fun) and Overcooked 2.

Haven't had time to sit down in front of the tv and play any Skies, so it's mainly been handheld gaming for the past week or two. I finished Cosmic Star Heroine, which was very enjoyable, and am now playing the Sega Ages edition of Phantasy Star on Switch, which I absolutely love. Have also made a start on Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology on 3DS, which I'm also really enjoying (just as well, as I wanted a physical version of it and it was difficult to get hold of the proper UK release - most places that say they have it actually have the European version with French text on the case - and expensive as a result).

Adding global warming, dams, canals, tunnels, trains and so on really expands the mid and late game.

I'm got burned out on Apex Legends - getting killed so early.

I started Witcher 3: Heart of Stone. Caretaker...fuck!

Finished Phantasy Star. What a great game, but I wonder how I would've got on playing back in the late 80s without the internet to help when I got stuck. Would've been back to taking notes and drawing my own maps of the dungeons, without a doubt.

Got the flower Olgierd set me to get. Decided to upgrade my gear to Masterclass before dropping it off. I have a couple pieces of kit I still need to covert. Missing some monster claws and carapace. I've also found the upgraded Viper swords blueprints... I can't keep up!

I played a bit of Witcher 3 earlier on, just for the hell of it, after seeing that it came out 4 years ago as of yesterday. I had to force myself to stop playing, otherwise I'd've been there all day.

Not gonna say that I was up until midnight playing...but I was...

It's beginning to look like Gaunter O'Dimm and I are heading towards a disagreement... Saw his Gwent card, so I think I have an idea on how its going to play out.

Finally giving the new God of War a shot. I've never been a fan of linear hack and slash games, but with the reviews it got i'll give it a shot.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.
