"Turn 'em up. Half of you appear to have guessed... Merrid and Serc still looking strong. They have the knife... and so do most of you. But Eloth's holding the bear trap... which is wrong. Eloth is out." Eloth just shrugs, as if he had no clue how to do any better.

"Twelfth card..."

[Path-Shaper]

"...and turn them over now. Okaros is holding the knife. Everyone else has a bear trap. Okaros is wrong and is done. Only three of you left... Anomandaris, Merrid, and Serc. Thirteenth card."

[Path-Shaper]

"Serc, you need to pick a card... in three, two... one..." Serc winces and shows a card with the other two. "Serc shows... the bear trap. Merrid and Anomandaris... do as well. That is correct. Fourteenth card, now."

[Path-Shaper]

"Next card please... you all have the canteen. That is correct. Fifteenth card." The others still in the competition just have their jaws open in amazement.

[Path-Shaper]

"Anomandaris is counting on his fingers... Merrid's running through an invisible checklist in his head.. Serc appears to be trying to recite a mnemonic device... turn over your cards in three, two... one... now."

"Anomandaris is holding the knife. Serc is holding the fire. Merrid is holding the knife... Serc... is incorrect. Serc is done. Only two people left!"

[Path-Shaper]

"Turn those cards over gentlemen... you both are showing... the bear trap. That is correct."

There's gasps of wonder from the other castaways. "Next card please..."

Anomandaris looks at his cards helplessly and picks one. Merrid studies his carefully and grabs one but hesitates to pull it out. "Merrid thinking over his card... Anomandaris got his in a hurry... Merrid needs to pick a card in three... two... one..." Merrid decides to not grab the card instead and picks a card next to it.

"OK, turn 'em over... Anomandaris is holding... the fire. Merrid is holding... the canteen. One of you is correct... and that person is..."

[Path-Shaper]

"Merrid! Merrid wins immunity!" Merrid stands up and gives a triumphant roar. Anomandaris just smiles to himself and shakes his head.

"Merrid, congratulations, Anomandaris's streak comes to an end and you are safe tonight. Everyone else, someone going home. You have the afternoon to talk it over. See you at Tribal Council."

"C'mon in guys!" Jeff signals everyone to come in. The eight of you file in. "You guys ready to get to today's challenge?"

"Yeah!"

"Today you are playing for reward. Each player will be blindfolded. Blind, you must navigate a maze and find a series of necklaces. Each time you find a necklace, you must return it to the starting place. The first person to return all four necklaces wins reward. Wanna know what you're playing for?"

"Please say it's food!" yells Alkend.

"The winner of this challenge will get to head to a nearby village where they will eat and then have a bed to sleep upon... I know it's worth playing for. We'll get started."

[Path-Shaper]

"Survivors ready... go!"

"Everyone trying to feel their way along the course... Serc and Okaros look like they know what they're doing... Eloth and Merrid right behind 'em... Anomandaris in there. Ruse and Alkend are already lost... Tulas Shorn is... I have no idea what he's doing."

"Serc, Okaros, Eloth, Anomandaris, and Merrid all with the first necklaces... three of 'em are fighting each other now to try and get back but Serc ducked out of it and is on his way back!"

"Anomandaris getting clear of it... he's making his way back! Everyone else right there with him but Serc's back and heading out for the second necklace!"

"Serc starting to take a big lead now... Okaros starting to fall back a bit from the leaders... Anomandaris, Eloth, Merrid, all making good progress but still behind Serc. Alkend, Ruse, and Tulas Shorn have their first necklaces and are heading back but they're way behind now..."

"Ruse gets that necklace back and heads back out. Eloth starting to struggle some on the course... Merrid's taking advantage and staying near Anomandaris who is right behind Serc... Serc's got the second necklace and is heading back again!"

"Serc's quickly making his way back... Anomandaris and Merrid have their second necklaces now! Serc's almost back... and he makes it!"

Serc has the lead with two necklaces to go

"Alkend and Ruse and Tulas Shorn are giving up... they seem content to just sit around and wait this one out..."

"Eloth's storming back to turn his second necklace in... Serc still holds a lead but is getting caught up in the course a bit... Merrid getting close to Serc now... Anomandaris close behind, too."

Serc has the lead with two necklaces to go

[Path-Shaper]

"Merrid starting to move up quickly.... Serc struggling now... but still holding on... Anomandaris and Eloth are really in it, too, not far behind! Okaros turns in his second but he's starting to fall way behind..."

"Serc and Merrid both grab the third necklace and head back!"

Serc and Merrid are tied for the lead with two necklaces to go.

[Path-Shaper]

"Anomandaris and Eloth grab the third necklaces too and are racing to catch up to Serc and Merrid. Merrid's using Serc to find his way... and now he's passing Serc! Anomandaris and Eloth are right there, too... and they all turn their necklaces in and head out for the last one! Okaros looks like he's calling it!"

It is a near-dead heat. Merrid has a very slight lead.

[Path-Shaper]

"The players are moving along slowly now... each trying to wrestle around each other... it's very, very close!"

Serc and Merrid are tied for the lead.

[Path-Shaper]

"Serc fell over and the others are climbing past him! Merrid's got the necklace first and is trying to get back as fast as he can remember... Anomandaris and Eloth are trying to catch him but he's got a little bit of a lead! Serc's standing back up and trying to catch up!"

Merrid has a lead with three necklaces in

[Path-Shaper]

"And now Eloth's got ahold of Merrid... Anomandaris has a hold of Eloth... Serc got the necklace and is trying to get back... and Eloth breaks free of Anomandaris and pushes Merrid down and races into the finish!"

Eloth wins reward!
