"C'mon in guys!" Jeff Probst waves in the tribes, one after another, welcoming everyone to the challenge area for the day's challenge.
"Pensador, get your first look at the new Dureza tribe. Tiamatha (The Dude) voted out at Tribal Council." Some of the Pensador players nod their heads, others look somewhat stunned by the news.
"Alright, you guys ready to get to today's challenge?" Everyone calls out their agreement, and then Jeff says, "OK, but first..." and walks over to the Pensador tribe, "I'll take that back," taking the Immunity Totem.
He places it on a podium next to him and continues. "Once again, immunity is back up for grabs."
"For today's challenge, you will divide your tribe into three groups. The first group of 5 people will race out, one at a time, climb a platform, and jump forward in an attempt to break a tile hanging over the ground. If the player successfully breaks the tile, a set of keys on a ring will fall out. Grab that ring and come back to your mat. Once all five players have returned with the keys, they will give them to another player. That player will attempt to use the keys to open up a chest with five locks. Once that player has opened the chest, he or she will retrieve a ball from inside that chest. From there, that player will hand it to the last two people. Those people will use the ball to try and break a series of five tiles by throwing the ball at the tiles. Either player may break the tiles with the ball, but there is only one ball. First tribe to break all five tiles with the ball wins immunity. Losers go to Tribal Council where somebody will be voted off. In addition..."
Jeff walks over to a table covered by a tarp and pulls back the tarp. "...you are playing for this. Fishing gear. Nets. Everything you need to catch some food. Worth playing for?"
"Yeah!" everyone says.
"I'll give you a minute to strategize. Also, Pensador you have one extra player. You need to sit someone out. Remember, the same person cannot sit out in back to back challenges."
You are in a Reward + Immunity challenge. There are three legs.
Leg 1 - Break the tiles and get the keys
1) This appears to heavily favor Strength. It appears to be a relatively easy task to complete for each person.
2) You must designate five players to perform this task. Each player will perform it once.
Leg 2 - Open the chest
1) This appears to heavily favor Intelligence. It appears to be an extremely complicated task.
2) Only one person participates in this part of the challenge.
Leg 3 - Break the tiles with the ball
1) This appears to favor Endurance and Intelligence. It appears to be an average task.
2) Two people participate in this part of the challenge.
3) If a person breaks a tile, they go on a "Hot Streak" and gain a +1 Bonus to their next Tile Breaking roll. If that roll also breaks a tile, it stacks to +2, and so forth.
4) If a person misses a tile two consecutive times, they go on a "Cold Streak" and gain a -1 Penalty. This stacks with each continued miss.
5) I will alternate players automatically to avoid going on a Cold Streak, unless you direct me differently.
Good luck!

Also, some clarification. I don't do CFs other than the name of the person who was voted out of the game pre-Jury. When the Jury begins, however, you won't know who you voted off anymore since they are technically still in the game.
And Tiamatha was The Dude, corrected in the "welcome to the challenge" post above.
