I think the other previews are closer to the release date.

Abyss, I can only find the first chapter - he usually does a chapter a week prior to the release.
June 21st: Chapter 2
June 28th: Chapter 3
July 5th: Chapter 4, plus the audio for 1 and 2.
July 12th: Chapter 5, plus the audio for 3 and 4.
July 26th: Release day!

So Butcher just tweeted that if you send him the 47th word of the chapter 3 preview, you are added into a drawing to be held on the 4th of July, they are sending out 10 Ghost Story books within 3 days of the 4th.
Which means that if you do not read these chapters you do not get the early books.

FYI, reviewers are reporting they have the book, so if you're wary of spoilers be careful. And if you're waiting on both this and ADwD it may be a good time to leave the internets.
