A few faces were missing from TCG, leaving us lacking closure on them. Which is fine of course, because we always knew there were going to be a few, if not a lot, of those...
Here are the ones I thought of offhand:
The Wyval - in RG we find out he was sent on a mission by Silchas. Never seen again.
Withal's Nachts - saved Withal and Sandy from an FA in DoD, not seen again. Would have been handy at Lightfall, actually.
Envy and Spite - last seen not obtaining Dragnipur in TtH.
The other undead dragon - the one that chatted with Kallor in TtH but didn't seem to be Tulas Shorn.
Felisin Fatter and the Cult of the Apocalypse (is it just me or does that seem like the name of a 70s progressive rock group? ...it's just me...) - I know 7C was pretty much left aside after TB but that book suggested the Cult would be important somehow.
Dassem - But I suspect we may see him again in the ICE books or the Toblakai trilo.
Tayshrenn - events in SW suggest we'll see him in a future ICE book.
The Seguleh Second - ICE book again, given that Skinner is over there.
Greyfrog - seriously.

RG is a long time ago... I guess it got hungry and wandered off. Or joined its buddies with the Nah'ruk. Too bad we never learned what it was sent to do, though.

Well, DoD made it fairly clear they weren't with Withal and Sand anymore by the time the two reached Kharkanas. Too bad they didn't show up again, I guess, but on the other hand anyone who thinks the FA were "nerfed" in TCG need only see one getting smashed into pulp by three unarmed Nachts/Venath in DoD.

They'll circle around the globe doing their own random private adventures until they run into each other again in some other city or place and fight again. And again. And again. They've been doing it for hundreds of thousands of years, I wouldn't expect any closure to their situation anytime soon.

It was seeking to become part of the House of Chains, so it may be seen in an ICE book in conflict or alliance with Skinner. Just imagine, King in Chains Skinner riding an undead dragon backed up by Disavowed assassin-mages!

I felt tBH heavily implied that right now the cult is pretty useless except for as a minor bit of worship of tCG, but that later it could come into its own power of Salvation. I didn't see this as being anytime soon though, and certainly it couldn't have happened until after the events of TCG. Could've had a bit in the epilogue but I don't think it was really necessary.

Even if we never see him again, he had a dramatic personality change at the culimnation of his quest in TtH. He can no longer chase the god of death and will probably end up embracing more of his godhood, giving up much of his mortality.

Hood released him to his crazy pursuit of Skinner, right? So yeah, the only affiliations of his left are that he's an old Seguleh and chases after Skinner, both of which look like ICE territory (assuming Seguleh are relevant to OST)

Leoman was the big one for me. While there were some really powerful chapters in TCG, most especially towards the end, and also Chapter 7 (I think) which was the one with all the Bonehunter reunions, the one chapter that stands out to me the most in the entire series is the disastrous assault on Y'Ghatan. And Leoman never answers to that. He just gets whisked off by the Queen of dreams like Aphrodite whisking Paris away on a cloud in the Iliad and we're left with Corabb to make sense of it all.

I realize most of the Darujhistan cast are now ICE territory, but i was a little surprised that Fisher didn't make even a sideways appearance.
Other than the start of almost every chapter, of course.
Legana Breed - No show.
Osserc - probably ICEy.
Menandore - we never did find out what her deal with Hood and ST was from RG. Silch did tell us that Rud took a chunk of her power, which may explain that somewhat.

But Fisher hasn't done anything in the series except when it personally affected him. Assassins tried to kill him and did kill a bunch of innocent people in the bar he was playing at, so yeah he beat up the Guildmaster (and paid him for it). But he hasn't taken a role in any world events, or even Daru-wide events, be it Raest's return, the Pannion corruption, the fight over Dragnipur, etc etc. Can't see why he'd get involved in this debacle on the other side of the world if he can't be bothered to fight for his own city.

He's had his own little story, but it concluded satisfactorily and aside from his one throaway comment of Shield Anvil, he doesn't have any connection to the events in Kolanse either. Has been ICEy except for L'orics connections, and either way has remained inactive in big world events (though not in small personal adventures like Kyle's). His return and confrontation with Shadow in RotCG did allow for the possibility of an epic return to the world, but from what we've learned in HoC he chose to go dream-exploring, so he's not another Draconus breaking out of his prison to go ass-kicking about.

Hetan (the forum member) said at one point that the deal with ST and Hood was for the support of QB, Kalam, Trull and Hedge in defending the Refugium, but the way that played out had me skeptical of that being the case. With her not returning in TCG, I suppose it was indeed the case.

i thought the deal was letting QB, trull and onrack into the refugium? shadow doesn't have fixed points of entry/exit, but with that deal, one was temporarily set up so that they could get their players into place.
edit: obviously it backfired on menandore, her problem being, she don't know the Throne

What happened to the TTT/Enkar'al champion after it healed Kalam? With the wolf gods in a spot of bother I thought it might have tried to help them but it just buggered off? Where to?

Events with Setoc, Tanakalian and Krughava probably had the Wolves holding back, and then Paran convinced themto back off and let the humans kill each other. No need to send in the big boy.

I am almost positive that the undead dragon in question is Tulas Shorn. Even on a reread of TTH it was quite ambiguous for a long while, and my quote fu is admittedly weak here, but in the back of my mind there's a glimmer of a memory that Tulas Shorn changes his mind about chains partway through the book, some time after the encounter with Kallor.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

To me, it's the Eres that was so pivotal to the Bonehunters in general and Bottle in particular...what the heck happened? She's there at the start as Tavore's lover, and is pushing/helping the Bonehunters even after T'amber dies...and we never even got a whiff of what she was after, or anything. She just seems to have lost interest or something. Totally killed the foreshadowing too of bottle when the wickan duo talked about him being more important to Tavore than Kalam, QB etc combined.

I doubt that, as the Undead dragon that chats with Kallor remembers it died in the Jaghut War on death while Shorn, both in DoD and TCG, can't remember the why,who and how he died.
The implication from TCG is that Shorn died during the shattering of Kurald Emurhlan (perhaps at Rake's hand or maybe Scarbandari).
