TIGER used the distraction of the gun fight to slip into the mansion, tip-toeing over the ancient oak floorboards, always aware of the possibility they might actually be a nightingale trap. Melting into the shadows, he easily avoided a large group of men rushing to the lead exchange, then was almost discovered by a straggler. He followed the target, so close he could feel the man's body heat at times. Almost casually, he aimed the blowgun he carried on his hip - airgun was perhaps a better word - and squeezed the trigger, releasing the air-pressure and punching a conical poison dart into the neck of his victim, closing his mouth with his other hand and bringing him gently down to the floor.
Osseric is dead. He was Silencer, and Agung Redjosentono, a Syndicate Sentry.
Everyone is now level 1, 10 players remaining.
So someone has been using the Omtose Vs HP debacle as cover for their scummy business. Most of us ignored this player, either he seemed harmless/on our side/ or was simply not there when shit was going down. But one player, the straggler, was on to this player, for at least a little while, almost blowing the scum's cover, while the rest of us were rushing ahead to lynch either Omtose or HP.

This is ridiculous. You guys are calling me scum over a guy like GL... incredible. I am not scum, and I do not know who is, but I do know some information about some of the other people in the game. I am not going to tell you how this information came to me.
I am reasonably sure (at this point) that Osseric was as close to "RI" as you're going to get in this game. He was a Syndicate Sentry. I believe the Sentries are the "generic" players for the Syndicate. Omtose has indicated he is "RI" and if you believe him, that means he is also a Sentry.
I know for a fact that Liosan is *not* a Sentry and Rashan *is* a Sentry. I don't know if they are Syndicate or Agents. However, I do know that neither one has a killing action. Maybe they didn't start with one and gained it, I can't say. But if you are trying to narrow down your list of suspects to people who have been able to kill, you have to rule out both Liosan and Rashan.
My bet would be on Korabas or GL... just for the stuff I've already said. I'm also somewhat suspicious of Merrid but that's because he's getting no attention. In a game like that, it usually indicates a good ability by the scum to hide their powerful members, but I don't know if it's vote-worthy.

Barghast actually shifted the focus on GL or Korabas I believe, even though he hasn't "gathered info" on either of them yet. He never mentioned Omtose. i think Lio threw out his name because Barghasts reveal shed some question as to what Lios true side is.
As the only one to vote GL this whole game I have to agree with Barghast that GL definately needs to be looked at. I'm not so sure about Korabas. I've felt that both Korabas and Ruse has been very under the radar this whole game. I'll have to take a closer look at all three of them tomorrow.
I'm glad I don't have to make any hasty decisions before bed.
Hope everyone enjoyed their St Patrick's Day. I enjoyed a pitcher of beer while being entertained by some great basketball games. The great thing about March Madness is that there is a whole nother day to do it all over again.
Three names keep cropping up:
Korabas, who did not particpiate in any of the trains. For the first one he was "offline" when all the important stuff happened, and for the second train he placed his vote quite firmly on me, thus explaining his absence from the Omtose Vs HP discussion.
Merrid:Who has been getting almost no attention at all during this game, except for some flak during the first train, and two votes, one of which were switched to Fener later on.
And Ruse, who made a good case in the Omtose vs HP debate, but hasn't really drawn much attention to himself before or after that. His sort of just there.
I think it's probable that one of these three is TIGER...
Anyone else flying under the radar that I've missed?
Your logic is quite good. However you left yourself out. Yesterday I tried to convince people that you were scum and that you needed to be lynched. Nobody else liked it very much but that scene could be talking about that.
The other one that it could have been talking about is Rashan. He was under no pressure but HP was talking to him about a possible finder role and yesterday he was mentioned as possible scum.
So based on your thoughts TIGER could be half of the remaining players in the game. I agree he could be. He could also be someone like amp or GL or really anyone at all. The scene is ambiguous enough to leave room for any number of theories.
I think that Barghast is probably a symp, and would much rather lynch you then him. But if I need to change my vote to get a lynch I will.
Vote Kalse
Well neither Amp or GL really qualifies as people who're flying under the radar. Rashan is an option yes, but if Barghast's reveal is anything to go by, Rashan is either innocent, or a low-level scum with no killing action (if I read that right?), who might have gained a killing action when we all leveled up, but that was after Osseric died, which sorta rules Rashan out as TIGER.
And yes, in the scene you
could be the straggler, and I
could be TIGER, but I know it isn't. If a lynch is what is required to prove that, then that's a price I'll pay gladly.
Anyway, if Barghast is innocent, it would be weird for him to "symp" me if I'm scum...
Thank you... some reason, finally. I think the straggler was Osseric, right? He's the guy that got killed, isn't he?
Guess I was misreading the scene, but makes sense for the straggler to also have been the target, Osseric, the hammer.

Ok I did miss that half reveal post by barghast. I freely admit that with out that connection I don't have a case or a reason for my kalse vote. I still think he is scum. As such I feel comfortable with my vote. I can move it if we need a lynch.
Honestly, this comes across as a bit wierd as well, seeing as not only did Liosan directly respond to it with another semi-reveal-ish type post (which wouldn't make much sense without having read Barghast's reveal post), but it is also the subject of a number of further posts and at times lengthy discussion, so I really don't see how someone could be reading through the thread and "miss" Barghast's reveal, especially when Korabas goes on to quote that very same reveal post by Barghast when he votes for Kalse (quoted post bolded by me).

Vote Kalse
It's also worth noting here that Korabas states he is comfortable with his vote on Kalse, but will change it if we need a lynch. He made that very same offer yesterday yet did not do so (to either Omtose or HP), and on the first day despite claiming the intention to do so, he never did vote. Very odd, I think.
Then the more recent posts by Korabas, immediately following the Omtose lynch also come across as highly disproportionate in terms of anger than what would seem warranted, though I don't really have much to say on the matter that has not already been said, although in regards to why we "believe" Barghast's revelation, I think it is mainly due to the fact that Liosan, who had earlier voted for Barghast, was willing to verify parts of the reveal and accordingly switched his vote as he came to believe Barghast to be innocent.
Which of course leads to Rashan's desire for clarity via lynching Liosan, but, imo, it is waaay to early to get into the next days voting without seeing the CF and the night's resolution. This preemptive vote casting of Rashan is also a little odd as wel...
Glad to see we got the Omtose lynch, and looking forward to the CF.
