btw i know merrid was team Kraiklyn because I was there day one he isn't high up though
I know that I'm outing which faction I'm not in but Amp died as team Jen. Now by my fever induced reasoning with Team Kra winning the latest hand then Merrid would stay in team Kra. Amp's reveal makes sense for the members of the other two factions to vote for Merrid as team Kra is in the lead (currently). As I don't have any take as to the FM then at this point it makes sense at eliminating rival faction members.

Interesting logic. I mean, depending on the outcome of the hand, either Merrid is likely to be traded off somewhere else, or Team K will get larger by two more lives. If the latter, they'll have a solid majority. If the former, they're no more threat than Team J. So the only reason to pick Merrid is that we know, or at least very strongly suspect we know, which team Merrid is on. But we know Merrid is at the bottom of the list - better way to cripple to a faction is to take out someone in the middle-upper reaches.
Anyway, by highlighting your own not-membership of Team K, you've got...what, 6? Of the players present who might vote you for lulz. Which also means they nearly have a voting block. You've got the other team who doesn't care if it's you or Merrid, really, if they can't push Merrid. So one can only assume that you're either trying to highlight the factions, or that you're too tired to have a plan and went for the nearest target.
The problem with this game, as I see it (and it's part of the appeal, too, I guess) is that at least one player from each team is going to get shuffled every other hand of cards. Which means they've got no fixed allegiance. Now, they might not be able or willing to play directly against their team, but...to abstain from throwing their full weight behind a faction? After all, if the faction isn't going to win that day, what's the point in being picky? Which means those players need to look at the long view if they're concerned about winning.
Anyway, I need to get going, so I'll leave you with a vote.
