Though the whole Barghast thing has to be concerning. What does it mean?

3 out of 17 is hardly a clear majority, but i suppose once your 2 votes a head of everyone else it makes sense for everyone to join you for the easy win...

That is kinda the whole idea.
Well. I've got to run. I'll probably be off for the night. I can hear the chips rolling in already.

it depends on if dibs did it to mess with us, in which case it could be the FM, it could have something to do with as of DoD most of the barghast being dead in the wastelands, maybe something happens in TCG that finishes the rest of them off (if there is i dont want to know)

I don't see Barghast's changing avatar as being indicative of a FM. Although if Barghast suddenly dies and then someone's avatar changes I guess we will have our FM.
I can see were the train seems to be going and as Tiam isn't my leader I feel that it is better to gain then be left behind.

Well we could talk about the card draw. It has been a while since I last played texas holdem but wasn't the river suppose to be only 3 cards. Then another one at the turn and then finally the river card. From the look of things I think that Dibs has done away with the turn and the river.

the first 3 are called the flop, but other than that your right, but then this game could take ages ill have a look at the cards and see what hands i can come up with

I think the card game will move a lot faster than the faction thing.

- four 8s, highly unlikly that someone has a pocket pair of 8's but you never know
- full house kings over 8's - again some one would have to have a pocket pair of kings
- full house 8's over kings/6's/2's -some one would need to have an 8 in there hold cards and one of the other 3 cards
- three of a kind 8's -an 8 in there hold cards with another random card, the higher the random card the better
- two pair - either a pocket pair in your hold cards or just having either a king a 6 or a 2 in your hold cards
- a pair of 8's + high cards

No I think that is all of them. I think that the top two are unlikely. Number 3 could happen.

you see it happen but on a table of three players? it would be rare, i think either two pair of three of a kind will take it

with the heavy betting at the start, if this was just a normal game of poker, id guess that someone has a pocket pair, and at least ace high, maybe suited connecters, but theres no flush or straight out there

I'm not so sure about that. No one wants to be left behind in the betting and dibs has some very attracive features for people early on a train, so there might be some fast ones from people who want to make money.
If you turn the cards as you would in real life you are likely to be a lot slower as every captain has to get his bet in and you have always to deal with time zones.

Maybe somebody's bluffing, counting on that pair to make 3 of a kind
#158

there bluffing that they have the 3rd 8? or they bluffed at the start when they only had the hold cards? i think credit wise they have all pretty much gone all in, its only lives that are left to bet with now, bit risky to do that pre flop

I mean bluffing that they have better than a pair or 3 of kind
It's nice to know you're life is a token, eh?
