31 was good. And the ending wasn't anti-climactic at all! Di Lauro's won, after all. :admin:

Yeah, and the win was pretty deserved, the anti-climactic bit was that the game was stalemated and because the mods wouldn't call a draw(or at least pretend they would to allow dealing) unless it was two people at the end, the game just thread just ended with a bit of sitting around going "wtf" and then deciding DL should win.

Having said that, that game is without a doubt one of the most enjoyable games i've played here.

Well, that's what happens when you take a near-17-carbon-copy and run it with a new theme. -_- I was poisoned two nights in a row, but I was just a guard. So I'm glad I drew tokens away from my team. Great game, though, I agree. So long ago, now. :admin:

Hehe, well, I was hoping that you might remember, but it's no big deal. I just remember feeling incredibly proud for railroading someone on day one on a whim, and somehow not getting vig'd or lynched immediately after. XD

Oh, for sure. You guys missed out on some of the greatest games this board has ever seen, even by today's standards. On the other hand, a lot of what made them great was that they were new, or that the players did *just* the right things at the right times to make them awesome, and it wouldn't necessarily be so neat if someone had done something different.

And the bright side is that those games have inspired new and equally potentially awesome games to be created, so eventually you're bound to share in a game that stands out for you like some of the older games do for the 'veterans'. I mean, look at Ment's Warhammer game. Inspired by his run of a Masquerade game, and it was probably better than the original. So don't feel too bad. :admin:

Represent. A lot of internet time has been spent playing mafia here. *sigh*

And there are a few who've been around since the start...though most of them are infrequent players these days.

not to mentipon that the Masquerade game itself was inspired by the Asylum game.... modding is a progression.

though I gotta admit, I was very happy with 40 k.

Oh, the Asylum game was sweeeet, though. Now THAT was some quality day one (and lots of the rest of the game, heh) RP. Another win for me and...Obdi? JA? Morgy? It was one of them. Heh. I think. If I'm recalling this correctly. That was the one on the temp board, right?

The only game I remember being held on the temp board was designed by(I think, am really unsure) alt. It was a mercenary game where people could make contact off thread, and bargain, with the aim of 2 players surviving(thouh at the time we were ust told "a small group"). If one member of the team went, the whole team did.

That game had interesting mechanics, and probably deserves a re-run.

Always. XD

Especially given the effort I'm putting in to being cautious and calculating. -_-

Ah yes. I was a killer in that one, which was freaking awesome. Kicked ass, took names. :p

Though it was unfortunate that Khell was so horribly lynched on day one, I admit. His powers would have made the game crazy as fuck. Er. Crazier than it was already. :p

Wow, even I feel lost in this reminiscing. And the pages are piling up too. I went to eat breakfast and found 2 pages added since my first post...

Good ol' fashioned day 1 spam fest. I barely remember when that was the norm.
