It has to be some warren then. Any of the other continents, barring Jacuruku (which, why would it be Jacuruku?) and we likely would've heard something about his presence in the intervening volumes. Also, he has no possible reason for being on the other continents. Think about it.

7C - Seemed pretty clear he was leaving "never to return" in tBH.

Quon Tali - There are arguments to be made for motives, but we would've heard about it. If not in RotCG, then I would think word of a new High Fist - Master of the Deck and brother to the renegade Adjunct - at the head of the Host would've trickled down to Korel in SW.

Genabackis - No conceivable motive, especially after the resolution of TtH.

If it's not Assail or Kolanse, what does that leave except a warren?

If he is on a continent and is not on Assail or Kolanse(Lether?), then that leaves Quon Tali and if we take that RotCG is around the same time he isn't there, he isn't on Genabackis up to TotH which seems to be just before or at the same time as DoD so he isn't there. In BH it said something to the tune of never to return again to 7C, so I doubt he is there. So that leaves Korel and Jacuruku, not including places like Falar and Bael. Seeing as he was not in SW I am inclined to say he is not on Korel. The best guess would be Jacuruku? Unless he is on Stratem (or another subcontinent) or one the countries of 7C that isn't 7C like the place where the Three rule....haaa to hard to guess.
