Very cool, was wondering how Theft was going to turn out since it's spoken of as both an island and peninsula at different points. Jakatan being "fabled" seems a bit odd since even if no one's been recently there's the pretty obvious malazan invaders, no?

Sadly, no (Lamentable) Moll on the map, can't remember if that was on Theft or Fist, one or the other. Will be interesting to see what parts of the map constitute the "Korelri" nation/people.

Still trying to find Mare though? And what do people reckon is the deal with the Sky Tower? That sea looks too uniform to be natural...Ground Zero perhaps?

Brilliant. Doesn't look too pretty but i don't think Korelri/Fist was ever meant to considering who faceplanted in the middle of it.

Wheres Stratem? Is that south of the ice fields at the bottom?
I guess it must be, although Traveller and his mate didn't seem to have gone over any cold tundra in their journey from the stormwall in RotCG.

i believe it is mentioned, in passing that they had come through ice-bound mountains. i would think that the aurgutt range is just on the southernmost edge of the map, and stratem further south

The Crippled God came down in multiple pieces. Thats why theres all the impact craters.

The fact Malaz island is so oversized on this map compared to its being a diminutive speck on all maps of Quon Tali/Falar also confirms that the Korel/Stratem subcontinent really isn't especially big. Korel/Fist/etc can't be much larger than Falar, if not smaller.

I don't see a scale to compare, sadly. How will this influence the Malazan World Map?

As far as I can gather, this is pretty much the northern, shattered coast of Korel. There's a bit more to the south, then the Aurgatt Range, then Stratem (which consists of an inland sea, a vast peninsular and some more land).

If the area on the map is 'just' Korel, then it's pretty small, far smaller than even Quon Tali. Stratem being a subcontinent of Korel suggests that Stratem is even smaller though. Interesting to see the full world map (which I'm hoping will be in TCG).
