Considering there is at least one cult and possibly a faceless man out there that is still a strangely deathless night. Even if only the marines and the necros have killing roles i am still surprised no one tried to take out korv or meanas. Most FM's though take two nights so we may get and indication of where they were by tonights deaths.
vote meanas
I think him and korv are xeno's and theres a pretty good chance they are faking the jester role.

Repeat something a million times and people will believe it. All I can see there is a couple of people jumping the bandwagon to keep the attention away from themselves. Liosan seems to be leading this, making scraps and bits look like hard evidence. It's a lot of words with proportionally very, very little meaning. The level of annoyance his behaviour triggers makes be suspect him for being Eldar himself.
The first night went through but we still know nothing. Night votes don't seem as interesting anymore.
Bear in mind that nobody dying doesn't mean nothing happened. There's probably quite a few defense mechanisms in play, and several were _possibly_ blown on Night 1.
I think I'm going to lurk a bit today. Talking at all seems to only give scummies plenty to work with.
Also. Korvalain, if you just posted, or if you post within half an hour I'm going to jump off the roof. Anyone this unlucky is better off dead.

Hello all, sorry about yesterday. Unfortunately I had work rear its ugly head yesterday and I was just swamped and couldn't post at all and what I did post took about 2 hours to actually write inbetween doing stuff. Hopefully emergency is over and I should be able to post more now. WIll have to go and read up what I've missed, reading the last page it looks like we're into Day 2 already and there was no kills at all. I was thinking at least one faction would have a killing role so I guess Healers/Guards/Bps came into play.

Hmm interesting end to the day there.
I find it a little suspect that we could not get a lynch even though allot of you seemed to want to lynch.
With the split vote i would be inclined to believe that one of osseric or GL are someone that is well known to his faction.
Looking at the way things went it would seem that Osseric was a distraction/block train for the GL lynch.
No kill last night is not necessarily a good thing.
Afterall we need the killers to help us take out the Eldars as I dont have much faith in our vig since yesterday
Im sure allot of people have more info now than what they can let on, this game must be role heavy. Let the seemingly random cases begin!!

The Osseric almost lynch came a bit out ofnowhere. Late day votes are hard to analyse, everyone has the voting to get a lynch excuse. I agree that it could be a possible derailment of one of the other main candidates especially Galayn Lord.
I also agree that a lot of defensive abilities were probably in play last night. We've seen very little to indicate cult activity which is a little worrying. But it is still early and there hasnt been enough pressure yet to expose connections between people. Or the change of connections that cults tend to indicate.
I am tempted to vote Meanas. His last post doesn't really help anyone. The way he has been playing is very wifom and I think it is best if we see if he isnt taken out at night again.

I'm a tad surprised at the lack of kills. I expect that at least the Necrons and/or any Space Marines have some form of BP-type protection.
We also have to consider that we had a day kill yesterday - vig or not, that's a kill power, and you can't have too many of those if you want to preserve balance, while having faction changes and FM abilities. It becomes too hard for the cult to grow, or the FM to jump if everyone is constantly dying from the outset.
Potentially powers are alternating, or even multiple powers of which only one per night can be used. E.g. Kill or Talk, or Kill or Heal, Heal or BP, etc.
If there are pairs, then communication failures could affect that.
I thought that the reference to 'increased interference' in the morning scene was interesting, despite the 'no clues'.
Also, we now really want to lynch. If we go another day without lynches, things are going to get out of our control. The resistance yesterday makes me wonder just how far players would be willing to go on day one to protect their leader. GL had votes, but then the lynch stalled and derailed. I had to change votes to attempt a lynch (and I claimed that from the start, btw), but it was certainly a strange amount of fail encountered.
This being said, the reason for lynching either candidate was weak, so I can see why people were unwilling to commit - I just find it strange that we got such a two-way stalemate. Possibly indicative of a human/xeno split, too...
Will be on and off for a while, then back tomorrow morning (12 hours from now).

No what could we possibly need to do in order to get this game moving. How about we skip all of the foreplay and jump straight to the reveal fest.
I will go first.
I am a Taurus who loves wine, beer, and dancing with the devil in the pale moon light.
Who is next?

well im a taurus too, who likes beer, but im not a wine fan, and im to lazy to dance in the moon light
i agree with the idea that the osseric vote seamed to be a bit of a distraction vote, everyone seamed to jump on it last nite, but if everyone just wanted a lynch, y did people go fo osseric n not GL? once there was 5 or more votes for osseric...well i could understand y people would jump on that train but y did voteers 3-6 go for osseric?
after all for most of the day GL had the most votes...
admitidly there wasnt much of a case for either tho...

Normally I would agree that the Osserc train might have been a distraction from GL, but from what I saw the GL lynch was stalling already, and never all that strong to begin with. I am more concerned that the lynch of Osserc was unsuccessful than that the one on GL was.

Ok, no night kills is a bit weird but i imagine there's probably a number of werid roles or BP as its high tmdi so it isnt entirely unexpected.
About the lynch, I know people have said that the GL case was weak but to be honest the case on Osseric wasnt massively stronger yet somehow managed to build up. So its quite likely that it was a distraction. Il do a look back now and see if i can see where the likely change took place, maybe figure out who orchestrated it.

i think with the osseric vote jumping from 2 to 8 votes so easily, that osseric could b eldar...so i dont think ill vote for him in a while...

Looking back it seems like Barghast was the one who initiated the swing, after going through a summary of all the low posters, and bigging up osseric trying to out town members. Then it Swung properly when Alkend and Sukul whod both said that they didnt want to vote for GL both voted Osseric at about the same time.
Looking at this it definitely comes to mind that GL could be a leader but alternatively Barghast could be a leader who knows his followers and saw one of them was about to be lynched.
So right now im looking at some of those 4 possibly being connected. and Meanas is obviously still suspicious since he was so scummy yesterday, and i have a feeling that he's not eldar since his defense against people calling him scummy seemed to be acting like he wanted to be lynched.

i dont think alkend and GL are on the same team, i think Alkend and osseric are both on the same team and are eldar
Alkend was quick to jump on the osseric vote, and he votes for the same person 1st thing 2day?

Are you kidding me? Why on earth didn't someone kill this guy yesterday? I seriously can't imagine any possible reason for Meanas's behavior other than he's trying to get lynched.

IMO, it didn't look like we had the votes for much of anything yesterday... the Osseric train showed we could almost lynch him, and at one point we had like 10 people online, but we still fell 2 shy. The GL train derailment theory is an interesting point, tho, since he had more votes earlier.
