Think perhaps other reasons why people think he's a bit stockier (including myself) are that the character is "Kruppe-esque" and that Tehol kinda really likes the larger-lady so we might assume he's of a larger frame himself?

He's described as athletic looking with defined musculature also he eats little to nothing and what he does eat can hardly be called food.

Sorry, what I was trying to get at is how although we have a physical description of him our minds paint another one based on our impressions of his character vs. other similar characters.
