Crappiest minecraft day ever. Died twice with huge lodes of stuff (including enchanted diamond armor and accessories), died once after killing a wither skeleton due to it's wither poison (insult to injury), and to top things off, finally got back to 30 xp using my iron pickaxes like water, and then enchanted a diamond pick..... silk touch. Yeah, thanks.

Also, just discovered... with night vision you have a clear view of the entire ocean bottom. Helps looking for new cavern entrances :lol:

Update. So I finished the railway between ADL and Mess. That means all five of us are now linked up. Also, I gather there is a railway to the nether fortress, right? if you keep going in that relative direction, past the first nether fortress, following the trail of torches, you will find two more nether fortresses in this direction.

Hah...just had a funny conversation with a labmate. We each found out in casual conversation that the other plays minecraft and were trying to discuss it with others around....(shhhhh they might find out we're nerds). Anyway in *private* nerdy email conversation later I found out he runs a server too and he + his GF like to pop in from time to time.

Anyways, long story short, he's got a MC hankerin' here again and I offered to let him on the server rather than setting up his own. I'll send along the names when I have them so you guys aren't put off by new people showing up out of nowhere.

Hey, railway goes as far as the first nether fort, how many do you need?? And yeah I like them consistent - though I wouldn't say pretty, I've not yet started colour coding the routes. Which reminds me, I need a rainbow sheep farm
