Hi, I've just finished the main series aswell as 'Night of Knives' and 'Crimson Guard'. I looked on amazon today in order to buy 'Blood Follows' but the prices seemed ridiculous. The cheapest was £50 used, which is a price I'am not willing to pay (no matter how good the book). My question basically is, have i got something wrong or is there a better way to buy the books other than amazon?

Where do you live? The omnibus of the first three KB&B novellas has just been released in the UK in a non-limited edition for the first time, shouldn't be much more than £15

Initially the novellas were only released in limited print runs by publishers like PSPublishing and Nightshade Books, hence their higher price.

I have seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter at the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain...."

I've ended up buying 'the tales of korbalo etc' which says three short novels or tales. I'll see what comes through the letter box, but even if it isn't the book i was looking for, it's written by Steven Erikson and thats never a bad thing. It was 7 quid and was featured in the back cover of my copy of Dust of Dreams, saying: released in August 2010.
So thanks for the help.

The Tales of Bauchelain and Korbal Broach anthology include The Healthy Dead, Blood Follows, and Lees of Laughter's End short stories.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

As HD says, the anthology contains the first three novellas, so is everything you're looking for and more

I found the omnibus in hardcover today at a bookstore I was browsing through. Unfortunately I had already spent my entertainment budget for december
Screw you all, and have a nice day!
