Missing VJ and MM will hurt us this year, no doubt, but they aren't out the whole season and we have one of the easiest schedules in the league, so we could easily get them back for a playoff run/choke. LT was old anyway.

And Tebow? LOL, what a joke... that guy is going to eat some grass if he even gets on the field this year.

He'll be lucky to see the field. You guys are lucky your division is so weak. Almost as bad as the NFC West!

I dunno, a lot of people say we're lucky but we swept the NFC East last season and won 11 straight going into the postseason. Our QB is good, our kicker is good (during the regular season). We have some of the best receivers in the game. We don't give up many big plays in the secondaryeWe just need some production out of the run game and to be better at stopping the run.

huh? Who besides VJ is considered one of the best receivers? Though I suppose Rivers makes a lot of people look good. And you guys always find a way to run the ball. I wouldn't worry too much about that. Ppl will be gearing up for the passing attack. That should open up the running game a bit. Anyway, I suppose I should stop shitting up the thread

Well Malcolm Floyd isn't a terrible receiver, he just can't quite run the routes VJ can run, but he averaged the same YPCatch as VJ (17.2) and is tall and goes up and gets the ball easily.

But really, if you want to talk about our receivers, how about Gates? Because he's basically a giant receiver matchup nightmare.
