Awesome stuff as ever Onrack.

But I want MOAR !

Hows about that Sorry/Not Apsalar with Telorast and Curdle pic you were doing.

Your demanding public awaits :p
Now all the friends that you knew in school they used to be so cool, now they just bore you.
Just look at em' now, already pullin' the plow. So quick to take to grain, like some old mule.

You did a great job of capturing personalities in the faces and making everyone look unique and recognizable.

I have one huge beef with you though. Kruppe's face is excellent, and also suits his personality, but I'm pretty sure he's explicitly described in Toll as
Spoiler
I don't even know if that can be considered a spoiler, but w/e.

I think its interesting you gave Shadowthrone a face since I don't remember it ever being revealed to anyone in GOTM.

Great work. I like all of them especially Brood, Raest and Toc the Younger.

Just to affirm or disprove my thought, isn't Mallet described as bald? At least thats how I always pictured him

Can't wait for your next character tablet (hope there will be one)

Amazing work.

The only one that stood out to me as incongruous was Tayschrenn, who's supposed to be mahogany-skinned and wear his hair in a long ponytail, I believe. Actually, your Tays. looks more like how I originally pictured him lacking the more defined description from...Bonehunters, is it? I know he's described in RotCG. I think I might prefer him your way, myself. Hmm...
These glories we have raised... they shall not stand.

Yes, Tay's dark skinned with a bald head barring a long braid.

Btw. there's a general lack of "tan".

Well, it's quite difficult to indicate 'tan' with just a pencil without making the drawing look dirty. Mostly it's either a light or a dark complexion.

Special mention to the renditions of

: Kruppe (though I always thought he had a bit more wild hair…curly even..you’ve totally captured his vanity!),

Fiddler, Cotillion, Shadowthrone, Coll, Antsy, Whiskeyjack, Crokus, Raest (though I imagine him less “Ork-like”, more hair, less pointy ears), Oponn (genius!), Sorry (absolutely perfectly done), Quick Ben (cheeky grin included), Laseen, Brood and Hedge (there’s dull madness there!). – all these have been done superbly…just as I imagined or with only slight variations on my “mind-eye”.

Dujek I imagined to look older and more like Whiskyjack and where’s the “evil” gone from Kallor? He just looks like a scraggly old man??

Tattersail – I have to agree with others, chubbier, maybe even plainer to look at…her sexuality comes from her personality and power.

okey dokey here's the named version of the character pic, sorry about the atrocious hand writing but apparently it's easier to draw than write with a pen tablet

Awesome as always - you just get better and better Onrack. Now try the shi'gall assassin? :p

interesting though - that guy you said has the body of kalam and the head of quick ben - I think is actually a ringer for quick - the body isn't big enough for kalam who is bearish and much bigger, or rather wider.

I think I must be Spartacus addled by that guys bodacity in the series, aye he could afford to be a bit bigger for Kalam but I certainly wouldn't scoff if he played him in a movie, ya know, cuz he's nails!

cheers dude and just for having one of the most interesting and thought provoking reflections of the late 80's to the early 90's in you avatar....
the apsalar/sorry/cottilion/NOT!apsalar picture, I'm in a bit of a pickle about the anatomy of the picture I want her to look lithe and athletic but also want to give her forward momentum the result of which involves foreshortening the body making her look dumpy, that's just one of the many reasons why it hast been finished a long time ago but heres what I got so far. critique more than welcome.

haha as long as it's like three pages of floating heads it'll be out soon enough!, seriously though I would love to do something like that but it's more than a one person job and veeeeeeeeery time consuming, a department I seem to be very lacking in at the moment

.....er.......it's a fake goatee (hehehe that'll foool 'em)

I think here's another case of me being influence by later books, interestingly enough I've never (including this version) managed to draw what I imagine hime to look like, maybe it's because I subconsciously knew he didn't have a face or one that keeps changing.....or I'm retarded, either way he's as elusive as his form.

"Hot" is a relative word...to me the appeal for Tattersail come from her innate, simmering power as well as a brooding undercurrent of voluptuous sexuality. Erm...in my 40's now and settled down but never really gone for the conventional "good looking", sure its nice but I've always found personality and that certain "something different" has appealed to me more.

Again though, this is purely personal preference AND relates to each of our own internal thoughts on the matter. Besides, Paran - his background, exposure to women etc - indicated to me he was attracted to power and nobility over physical looks...but meh...who knows really!

AM LIKING the newer pictures/studies of Sorry/Asplar...funnily enough they remind me of that old Disney coin-op arcade game...can't remember the name, ran using Laser discs.
