I will start with the one that feels the most obvious for me. I can't help it, but every time Iskaral Pust is mentioned, I picture him as Gargamel from Smurfs. I know he is dalhonese, which would make him black, but still the looks of Gargamel perfectly fit Iskaral:
Isn't he Iskaral-ish?
The second imagined similarity between character is one I already got rid off, but it was a strange one too. Mappo seemed as a perfect copy of Chewbacca when I was reading Deadhouse Gates for the first time. Now it seems totally stupid, but hey, can't fight your imagination, can you?
Now please, tell me I am not the only one with the strange habit of visualising characters in completely bizarre way.

Blue Mappo:
"Here is light. You will say that it is not a living entity, but you miss the point that it is more, not less. Without occupying space, it fills the universe. It nourishes everything, yet itself feeds upon destruction. We claim to control it, but does it not perhaps cultivate us as a source of food? May it not be that all wood grows so that it can be set ablaze, and that men and women are born to kindle fires?"

This guy makes me think of Kruppe every time one of the "Go compare" adverts graces the TV.

Behind this mask there is more than just flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea... and ideas are bulletproof Gas-Fireproof.

This most definitely is Kruppe.
Mott Irregular? There are a few shots of this guy in the Pillars of Earth where his hair is all wild and I can't help but think of a Bole brother.

When I first read the description for Kruppe I was all, "So it's Ian McNiece." Pormqual would work as well. Methinks Mallick is a hefty guy as well. Maybe that would work.

I love that picture itself but I can't stop imagining an undead Kell Hunter thinking: "Damn that tigers jaw is a butt!"
