Also I live in Kierland Area in AZ if that is specfic enough for anyone here. /rolls eyes.
Hmm, I was wondering how people would mainly view these points. A few of course have zero place in the points, so I ignored those ones. It is interesting that every major point here has been hit to a high degree. This congressman in the fifty said this is the path America should not take and really has been taken. So I thought it interesting looking back into the past that these were consider major concerns. I don't see how it "small" minded to want to live in a peaceful stable soceity as that should be everyones goals. The death of dreams/ideals/peace comes from a massive goverment.
Also remember there is no "apocalyse" life will gone on as it always has, we just might not recognize civilization as it once was as it is slowly crumbling: See Chicagoland ( 80 shootings in four days).
Anyone ever see the Village? I thought a modern day gulch was a wonderful idea when I saw that movie, if I had the money I would do it also in this modern day society. I would mix modern tech with old world knowledge skills as that would be awesome!

This list is what some random congressman though the RED DEVILS would want from the US, not anything stated in any way by any known communist group. The fact that the list has numerous pieces of propaganda is interesting, as is the fact that you seem to be for police and fire departments as well as schooling and roads, all of which is SOCIALIST THINGS.
Did this list indicate that the USSR would fail utterly, and to keep that entire region of the world from falling into strife and civil war (any more), which is always the breeding grounds of terrorists that will attack any country that is seen as doing better than theirs, the US loaned some money out? I could make a list of what the Republicans want right now that would cause this country to be utterly destroyed. Does that mean that it will have any bearing on the situation of the world or this country in 50 years? Most likely not, as no one is going to be able to see or anticipate future developments that far away.

I suppose it's unfair to say they oppose the 13th Amendment on principle, but I do think it's fair to say the 14th and 15th Amendments are thorns in their side, and it ain't limited to a few people in Texas. I agree with that latter point, HD, but would add that there are quite a few elected US congressmen serving today, as we speak, who represent the points that would appear on the far right list, while there are absolutely zero far left extremists in congress, the white house, or the scotus. There are no counterpoints of equal magnitude to Michelle Bachmann or Jerry Lewis or Orrin Hatch or Tom Coburn or Clarence Thomas or Antonin Scalia to be found. When Bernie Sanders and Dennis Kucinich -- who represent reasonable, moderate left principles -- are colored the left "extreme," we're in a bizarro world of mass absurdity.

I think a list of top 50 reasons human nature is destroying the US (or world for that matter) would be more applicable. Probably spark a fire beyond the potential of any anti-Communist propaganda.
I suppose politics would still be unavoidable, though, for a sense of ethical orientation must express itself in some way.
