Alright, well first off, I would like to state that if this is covered, direct me the right way and i'll jump on that. Other wise, I'm gonna put what I have to say in Spoiler tab since I'm not sure if it is or isn't.

It's a reference to the Seguleh apparently once being located in or around the City of Darujistan. What it means is uncertain as of yet, but when ever Esslemont gets around to writing his Darujistan novel we'll probably know more.

Cool, that actually helps quite a bit. Now it won't bother me as much.

Didn't it say that the pickled Seguleh had a mask with one stripe? That would make him the Soldier of Death.

I believe it had 5 marks. But I'll check.

Edit: "Still wearing a mask on which four linear, vertical barbs marked a row across the forehead."

So I guess its the 5th, but definitely not the one that works for Hood.

Just as a sidenote, since all the ones the BB's uncask are likely to be from an older age of Seguleh traditions, its possible they are all like the Second. Which makes me that much more anxious to read ICE's Darujhistan novel.

So, you're the historian who survived the Chain of Dogs.
Actually, I didn't.

It seems you stand alone.
It was ever thus.
