i'm getting too old for clubs. my-my.

also, Kocanee(sp? the beer people) tried to run a social experiment tonight--they offered free ($5 deposit you get back at the end of the night) headphpones to everyone at the club. at 12:30 they turn the speakers off, so that only people with headphones could hear the music.

here's the kicker: the headphones had 2 "stations" they received. which played different music. so that you could easily find yourself listening to somehting other than all your friends.

not to meantion that, from the side, the dancefloor looked really weird to bystanders.

is this the future that awaits us all?

I started following a few basic rules about 5 years ago for my going out life.

1- If i have to speak much louder than normal, I'm not going there.

2- If i have to fight my way to get a drink or go to the bathroom, I'm not going there.

I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.
