I stopped at one of the local farmers markets and they sell huge amounts of apples for very little. The problem is they are at the bottom of a hill and I live at the top.
The 25 pound bag of apples was 7$ CDN. Which is much less than a dollar a pound which is usually an ok price.

Sorry to interrupt the apple chat but does anyone know wtf was going on at 11.24 on the 3rd of October ?

Apparently the online record for the site was beaten with 324 people viewing the forums.

I just looked now and there were 141 people viewing the forums. Predominantly guests but from my own limited knowledge is'nt this quite high for ME ? IS one of the other forums down or are people finally realising this is the best place to be ?

Now all the friends that you knew in school they used to be so cool, now they just bore you.
Just look at em' now, already pullin' the plow. So quick to take to grain, like some old mule.

Also, why are there no good female characters in Erikson's books? And by good I mean ones that don't piss me off. Besides Blend and the chick Duiker bangs ( I had to reeeeeaaaally search for examples) the rest are annoying. Really hope my new kitty is a boy otherwise will need to be inventive with choosing a new...last time I used 'Raraku'.....maybe i'll stop the Erikson inspired names....might start naming them after diseases....I think 'Chlamydia' and 'Ebola' sound pretty

What about Lorn? I don't really see how she might piss off.
Shurq wasn't annoying. No emo problems, good sense of humour, a bit on the cold side, but not annoying.
Janath isn't to bad either. A bit irritating but nothing major.
