Vote Rashan
For probably being bald and being in cahoots with the smoking lady but not being willing to give up her identity, which indicates he probably is a member of her team.

I don't mind my name being mentioned. I'd like actual statements or activity to go along with it though, catch my drift? Something I can, you know, refute?

you disagree, obviously. It might simply be your style. Being smooth in style is not a bad thing as such, I just find it's often a style adopted by players when they're scum.

Personally I dont see why anyone would want to mess with the votes of people on their own team - wouldnt just asking them to change vote (since they would know the person is on your team, I assume they can talk too) draw way less attention?
I would think it's a targetted thing and my instinct says that it would belong to scum.
I think Rashan is bald, because his voted got messed with twice and the bald dude got messed with twice (based on the assumption that the man on the phone is the same guy, phoning the same guy in both scenes. Seems likely). Meanas got messed with once, white suit got messed with once. So based on one assumption, the numbers make a fair bit of sense.
The fact that a bald guy is also a lover with likely syndidate candidate ciggie lady, and present in the car to kyoto does complicate things a bit more. Either there are two bald guys (there are two cat burglar looking ladies, so it's possible) or whoever is the bald guy talking to the cigarette lady doesnt want to reveal - meaning likely to be scum. In which case the person manipulating the votes possibly isnt scum, or accidently ended up targetting his teamate.
Couple of assumptions in there, but that's how I'm seeing that whole situation at the moment.
Which makes me wonder - Rashan, if you had to take a wild, crazy, guess that could in no way be construed as a reveal as to the identity of the cigarette lady, what would you say?

You know, that's actually borderline brilliant. We know the phone man ("Old Man" also, in the first scene) forced two votes and Rashan had two votes forced (or removed by force). So it would hint that maybe the Bureaucrat who forced White Suit (Meanas)'s vote is the scum player, and there's plenty of evidence to support that.
Keep in mind that the "Old Man" met up with the Bald man later on... so it's possible the old man couldn't communicate in person for a while and had to use the phone.
But that would mean that the Bald Man has possibly infiltrated the Old Man's faction... since he appears to team up with the Smoker Woman at one point and the Old Man + Porcelain woman at another point.
So what are you thinking? Baldy is the Japanese/Chinese syndicate member, who has a lover link to smoker, plus to the people who believe him to be on their team. Doesnt quite gel with him being on the receiving end of vote manipulation, but something about the bald guy doesnt add up. Like I've said, I am making one or two assumptions, but if your line of reasoning is correct, then voting Rashan would definitely be the right move.
Edit - crosspost, guess that's exactly what you're saying.

@Tellan, it's basically enough suspicion to cast a worthy vote, IMO. Baldy should have given up Smoker a while ago so it's probably being hidden for a reason. Most of the evidence points to Baldy being Rashan.
There is definitely some evidence that makes it appear like we don't have the full story, but right now it feels strong enough to vote.

Hmm, I think the demise of Barghast wasn't clear. For those who hadn't guessed, he died due to day timing out, any people in appearing in that scene were there because they were affected by Barghast. If that wasn't clear, apologies.
So im guessing it is mockra in that scene.

Well, if Baldy is Rashan and he didn't give up smoker lady ( who is certainly scum) it stands to reason he is either scum...or hiding scum to...protect his faction i guess? I'm a little hesitant to vote, because he might be the link we need to take out the lady. but at the same time, it's dangerous to let somone who is enabling scum roam free.

Has he been around since people asked him that? I haven't seen him, but still, I'd like to hear what he has to say before I lay down a vote. Although we're about two hours out I think...

Would Rashan even realize that his lover-bond is with a syndicate member, if that is what all this is?

I imagine he's referring to 'people affected by Barghast', since both posts were from PS. Pretty established speculation at this point, though. Thoughts on the Meanas/Rashan dilemmas so far, Spite?

Probably not, which doesn't incriminate him, but revealing it at least points us to who people think is likely to be scum. But not 'certainly scum', as Olar said. We won't know until we see that person's CF, but I think it's likely.

Those are both Path-Shaper quotes. Also, Mockra has stated that he couldn't talk until Barghast was dead, thus the second quote.

It's pretty clear the woman with the ciratettes is syndicate ( because of her origination of the Barghast alt) In the scene where Baldy and the woman form a connection they are talking over a cigarette machine. Not sure how you couldn't make that connection.
EDIT: misspelled woman.

Wait a minute, if Mockra was in the 'clutches' of Barghast, that either means Porsche lady is scum, in which case someone has known what she can do since Night 1, or that knifey person isn't Mockra...
