PARAN!

*dances around happily*

That's all I wanted to say...

As long as Paran's in the book, I'm happy...

(Not really. I love Paran, but I'll be happy with the book any which way... Posted Image)

I was at a frightfully boring lecture about the elasticity of some major goods and such, and thus I started making a list of characters I hoped and expected to find in BH.. The list got frightfully long, so long in fact I was begining to wonder how many thousand pages the book will be..

So, these are the ones I'd expect to find in the book:

Paran (Patch told us Posted Image)
Kalam
Quick Ben
Pearl

Fiddler
Tavore
Icarium
Mappo Trell
Heboric Light Touch
Felisin Jr
Greyfrog (was that the name of L'oric's demon?)
Scillara
Crokus/Cutter
Iskaral Pust
Trull
Onrack
Shadowthrone
Shadowthrones child army
Minala
Cotillion
Apt
Panek
Leoman of the Flails
Corrabb Bin Thenialas
Gesler
Stormy
Truth
Grub
The Teblor gods
T'amber
Mathok
Sister Spite

Dujek
9th Army

The ones i'm not a 100% sure about
Tayschreen
L'roic
Osric
Hood
Apsalar
Traveller
Udinaas
Fear Sengar
Seren Pedac
Silchas Ruin
Karsa Orlong
Topper

All in all, a very long list and I've avoided adding a lot of those whom i cannot remember the name. My question is then; when also adding several new characters, how on earth will SE manage to keep this book to around the same size as his other five?

I'm really looking forward to seeing some more of him and his 'dumb' luck or is it a god who has an intresst in him.

I hope we'll get to know more about the Old Guard. As it is said in MoI in a conv. between Wiskeyjack and Dujek that the only one who might know somthing about that is Duiker. And... since Duiker is back. ^^

Maybe Garath will finally ascend indeed. ^^ It would be cool to see the other 2 ascend too. But I don't know a chihuaha of Shadow.. ><

OR...they could be used to replace the two Hounds of Shadow killed by Rake...eh!? eh?...anyone... Posted Image...

But on the book titles...well in the e-mail Erikson sent us, he went BH, Toll the Hounds and THEN Repears Gale...so...I don't know I have been confused ever since. Perhaps there's a mistake on our site, or SE was just i don't know being SE...lol

Maybe a conection with the first Human empire due to the soletaken ritual. The Beast throne is said to rule the soletaken and there seem to be a lot of those in 7C.

Someone did indeed say that Karsa has a new travelling companion, confirming that Karsa appears in the book (wasn't it SE who said that? I can't remember).

Keneb! His name is Fist Keneb! (took me all day, but I got it!)

Togg & Fandaray have a champion in the making(Enkar'al-in-a-toblakai's-body) in SC

? Remind of that one again please.

Ones not mentioned, I'd like to see that major character that will turn up in Night of Knives that will also be in TBH, I'd like to see if perhaps there will be more info on Dassem (cue the interview with Esslemont which makes that likely), I'd like to see the draconic character that Patch referred to (ie the Darconic tree having a large impact on his own reading experience of TBH), I'd like to some exoctic characters aside from the multitude of typical soldiers, preferably Silchas Ruin or Osric, or Forkrul Assail.

Paran HAS to be a POV character. Since Paran's in it then there'll be some other BBs whether living or dead.

I hope to see Duiker taking his revenge as Shield Anvil of Treach or just see him become Herald of Death. I doubt he'd just wnat to fight coz he said he was sick of war.

Cotillion is already there Posted Image ..

Shadowthrone has been added, and the 9th has been moved. Karsa most likely has returned to his people in order to rally them, I doubt we'll get to meet him, but i might be utterly wrong, so... Posted Image
