Yep, this w/ your prev post is also a good point.

It's definitely callous to mercilessly lynch new players for mistakes, but 1) We don't KNOW that he's new, plenty of old hat players make goofy mistakes because they try new strategies and whatnot. And 2) I believe that players learn from mistakes only if they don't get away with them.

but I don't necessarily think he's symping Spite... I think he was muddying the waters, setting me up for an easy lynch. why me? idk, but I don't like it regardless... like I said, could be an honest mistake, but I know I always double check my vote before I let one fly.

And we're not here to teach him. We're here to get the scum and as a new player -if indeed that's what he is- he's more likely to make the stereotypical scum mistakes than is an experienced player.

As you can see, even old players make mistakes. I'm pretty careful, but at work without pictures on the posts, I occasionally get mixed up.
