The day scene was incorrectly posted, and said that someone else died instead of Korlat (but it still said Korlat died), so Galain thought he had lost 3 members, and figured he'd go out swinging. He didn't react yesterday because why would you?

Well, I think this proves that it is a 5x5x5+1 breakdown, since Galain's error seems to prove that there are 4 on his team (5 including him).

Assuming this, a lynch of Galain puts it as 2 J's, 4 P's and 4'F's and 1 loner left. Night actions could do just about anything to that ratio then.

If the missing NK is a leader BP, I think that's the only thing that can explain the missing kill without allowing a day kill, and so far there has been none (actually the other explanation would be 2 leaders hitting the same person, but in the light of Galain's reveal the first option makes more sense).

If 2 leaders hit the same target, wouldn't rule 3 then apply? So we'd have 2 leaders knocking out BPs and only one kill instead of two. That's of course if the original target was on one of the teams.

So Galain straight-up revealed? Can't really argue with that, but I am a bit confused as to why. Maybe if I'd seen the pre-edit day scene this would make more sense.

Not necessarily. We only got two kills last night, so it's possible that one of the leaders changed target yesterday, meaning they can kill tonight.

Plus if there are vigs or something we could still get other kills.

Well, it's true that vigs could throw it all into confusion, but supposing Korlat and Kalse were leader kills, and it makes the most sense that Galain targeted Serc directly, then there shouldn't be any leader kills tonight at least.
