There's been almost no voting today. Just a lot of Kalse voting/unvoting.
15 alive, 8 to lynch
3 Fener (Fener, Shadow, Ruse)
1 Kalse (Mockra)
I think the Twilight game proved that adding unknown factions with unknown VCs is a bad idea and leads to mad players after the game. I doubt Ment would do that, if he does, I'm going to be pretty angry with him. As such, I find this last argument of you even worse than coming up with the wiki'ed role in the first place.

Because he seems unrelated to Fener's weird play (which means he might be). And to prove I'm not connected to him. And because he's got a number of posts that suggests he's likely interesting in game terms.
All great reasons.

Basically, since the day started, the most suspicious person has been Mockra. I'm all for voting early in the day and whatnot, but everything about his vote (reasoning, timing, subsequent defense of it) has a really bad smell to it.
There's no point in voting Fener, despite his protestations. If he's really a recruit, the other watch will almost certainly kill him off, if they can.
I don't like voting for vocal players early in the game, but something about Mockra is really not sitting right, and there's no obvious reason to think he would even be successfully lynched, so

One way or another, we have to test the waters. He has a plan, which is more than what goes for most of us on team inno, I guess - but if he is on a team, keeping him around and waiting for him to get killed/targeted/whatnot is equally dangerous. After all, according to the OP, recruits may gain power. If the lynch bounces, he learns something about the orders of the Inquisition, but so do we. If he does not, we get CF info, which is also definately worth something, if only to see if he was bluffing or not... we get some juicy train analysis for one.

Or, to add plenty of WIFOM, Fener could be acting as if he were this role in the hopes that someone like me would point this character out and everyone'd be freaked out about him.

Not enough interest on Mockra, may as well test the theory that Fener isn't getting lynched, he asked to be lynched and has outed himself as a recruit.
I doubt he'll get lynched but guess there's only one way to find out.

I dont agree with you that he wont get lynched, id hope that the Inquisitors would get rid of him because he's a pest right now and isnt helping their cause.
If he was lynch proof due to being the mirror (if he started in the game then whoevers idea it was is an idiot
) then id hope that the mods had at least enough sense balance wise to make him only have 1 LP so he should go today.

Because he's becoming a major pain, if he dies we can hopefully talk about something else and Anthras's actions could definitely be seen as distraction.

Well if Ment came up with it, I'm more trusting of balanced mechanics.
Kalse, are you voting Anthras for potentially being Fener's master? Your reasoning is mostly based upon 'scaremongering.'

I'm voting him for coming up with stuff for which there is no basis in the OP and which would basically make Fener untouchable. As such, I wouldn't say master. More like a potential recruit, actually, who had been racking is brain over a way to defend Fener.
I'll say straight away that now that he clarified he does not think about the mirror as a one-man-faction (a conclusion which alarmed me, and which i may have drawn for myself prematurely) and also answered Serc about the RI/Inquisitor thing, I don't see much value in keeping my vote on him.
At the time however, his suggestions came out of left field and could, imho, serve only 1 purpose: defense.
Why wouldn't you just keep your vote on Fener then? We need to go after the masters, not their recruits.
Sometimes it is worth changing votes to emphasize an oddity. This was one of those times.

Hello again.
I don't know, I just can't get the feeling we're walking eyes wide stupid into a Fener vote. Why should we do what any single player wants us to do?
I'll add my vote later if needed, since there is plenty of time. As long as we're all stupid together, that's all right, right?

He's getting far too much defense. I mean, saying you don't think he's scum is one thing. Making up roles that we have no way of knowing are in the game which are perfect for scaring people from voting him? That's different.
Also, from the sign up:
"Tmdi 7-9. Mechanics will be explained."
I assume that we would probably be told if there was a role in the game whose VC weren't posted at the start. Since this mirror character is to keep balance, he's not with either watch. That would make him inquisition, and we win when they do. So, even if he is this character, and gains power from us lynching him, we're just strengthening ourselves.

Hmmm interesting the swing from earlier people saying it would be silly to lynch him to now lots of people going the other way. Possible leader of the other faction got involved?

Oh look, Gamelon shows up and hammers, how conveeeeenient.
I already said there's no visible evidence that Fener would not survive this lynch. Unless the Inq knows something about Fener's faction that they use in the determination, I don't see any reason they'd let him go today. And there's always the chance that he is, himself, one of the Inquisition.

I go away for a couple hours and Fener gets lynched. Again.
Gamelon, if you are still around would you mind answering my earlier question (despite the fact that you removed and hammered)?
