joy!
I'm thinking my spirit of choice this year will be Gin, keeps me a bit quieter than vodka. Perchance I can tempt you with one?

Since I'm Jimbo these days I can tell you that I have never seen Liz refuse a gin, I once fed her enough of the stuff to kill a baby elephant and she still wouldn't god damn die.

All booze is poison really... As i found out last night... Managed to make it so i am hung over in the airport... And its getting worse just in time for my flight... Also woke up too late to do any sort me buying anything from the bottle store so mac can calm down now... I won't be bringing any of the scary drink:)
This studying thing really messes with my drinking fitness.

Due to brood ineptitude, he is owed one hefty kick in the ass, to be administered by yours truly, at the bbq

What!? Tapper might be coming?! Get your travel booked up young man and get your ass over to Hetan's place!

You may all be pleased to hear that I have recently had my annual reminder to not drink too much. Last year, the drunken levels at the BBQ reminded me to drink less. That reminder wore off a couple of weeks ago at a friends wedding. I was last spotted at 3.30am galivanting around a remote Highland castle and woke up with a black eye from somewhere. We had to keep stopping the car on the drive to Inverness airport the next day so I could vomit in the woods. Happy days.

I'm being harrassed by Morgy into coming, and currently packing for Prague :D
I want to join! it mainly depends on and fro and the flight times... plenty of flights, but a lot of them leave from London at inconvenient times (read: very early in the morning). For the others, well, contrary to what I said before, I'm not very willing to have to pay for them with a kidney :p

Anyway, off on a one week holiday now.

If it is any help on the flights front, from what i remember there are frequent flights from stanstead in the evening to eindhoven with ryanair, and easyjet flys from gatwick and stansted to amsterdam. However from what I remember, sunday flights were usually the most expensive around.

I'm not sure what the transport links from dusseldorf weeze to den haag are like, but I used to be able to fly to weeze a lot more cheaply than eindhoven, and there was usually an evening flight.

My flight is officially booked! :) I arrive in London Gatwick at 5:05am on July 9th (so damn early but such a cheap flight!) and will be promptly grabbing a train to Cambridge. My trip plans have changed slightly as my younger sister has decided to tag along, as such I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of suitable hostels in the area? Apparently the idea of meeting my "internet friends" has zero appeal to her and she plans on bumming around the town while I drink my face off with you fine folks. Unfortunately this means I'll probably only spend the single night at your place Hetan but I would be more than agreeable to daytime hangouts. :D

For anyone who's curious I'll be staying in your fine country until probably the 20th (give or take a day) and will be spending the bulk of my time in London most likely with a day trip to Salisbury to see Stonehenge. If any members feel like meeting up for a drink or whatnot I would be happy to see you. :p As well if you've any suggestions on things I should see during my trip or other places I should visit I would appreciate the advice. Instead of clogging up this thread however I'll start a new one with further info.

I'll be driving home on my own this year, because I won't be going back to Manchester immediately. But if anyone wants a lift down and can't co-ordinate with Cougar, let me know and you can have a seat in the shoe-box...
