I just think it's a stupid reason vote, to be honest. Not that his posting tactics might not have any merit (everyone, even the other low posters, have committed some modicum of content), but I just don't buy your reasoning.

I never said he did (in fact, I actually said he hasn't), I just found the fact that you thought a post about a modkill timer was 'convenient' was ridiculous enough to elicit a comment. The part about coasting I agree with. Plus I'm a pedantic bear.

As for my turning it into a possible speed lynch - I said before that four is a good number for the train to be taken seriously, and with three more votes needed in what has consistently been the slowest part of the day didnt feel all that dangerous to me.

Obviously I can put my vote back on if needed for a lynch, but with seven hours left I'd rather look for someone that might be Neo. Or agent smith, but I really dont see an agent playing the way Omtose has.

Right, apart from the bunch of meh players who havent actually said anything worthwhile yet, I think the biggest ping on my scumdar so far has been Ruse. First the whole Omtose is an agent trying to pretend to be a bad inno thing just seems a little bit like a persistant push on the easiest looking target. Dunno if it's enough for a vote on an agent basis or if it's something that Neo would do though. What I'd really like is to hear some more from people like Serc who havent had much content stuff to say.

Emur: Didn't really defend himself from a vote. didn't seem overtly concerned. Possible Neo.
Gamelon: No idea, don't remember him playing
Mockra: Mod-kill probable
Olar Ethil: Seems to genuinely be trying to find Neo. Possible scum? Yes. Possible neo...less so. I am inclined to think No...tho he was hesitant to jump on my train, which could mean he is. For now I say no though.
Osseric:Voted for Ruse, but thats all I remember, after this post I will go back and look at him for Neo Clue's but iirc that was a joke vote on Ruse that wasn't removed.. definate possibility.
Serc: When I proposed my plan, he came on, stated that it wouldn't work, gave thought to it not working, basically called me stupid. Also, he could have voted me, he was on around the time votes were going down, but he didn't add his vote. I am inclined to think that Serc is Neo- He obviously gave thought to my idea and dismissed it, he could have jumped on my train, and Didn't. I like Serc as my Neo candidate

It is a big push on the easiest target. This is day one Tulas(the best one in a long time) and the reason the game is flowing is because people {me included) are trying to play the game. Lurking has become the norm as of late and it is KILLING mafia. The only way to bring it back is to go out on a ledge and PLAY. So "scumdar" this Tully old boy

Now I wonder, is this Neo sneakily following Omtose's original suggestion? You could make an argument for it not being a 'subtle hint', but rather a behavioural choice, since the suggestion had already been dismissed. That's how I'd be inclined to see it were I modding, anyway.

I can also see the merits of voting Omtose, but four votes in four consecutive posts gives me pause. We don't need a speed lynch just yet. In any case, I think it's a good idea to see how he defends himself before coming to a decision - if all he offers is a limp defence, then it's a good bet that he's the N-man trying to get himself lynched, but if he's very pro-active, it might be a sign that he's not.

Hmmm, ok after reading up im not sure what to think right now. I was going to vote Omtose because at the start i could definitely see him being Neo even if just from the old "the person who first mentions a role properly is liable to have it" rule, but it seems that he doesnt want to b lynched. While he could still be Neo, because he cant really say that he doesnt mind being lynched im inclined now to believe that he isnt. To be honest im not really getting a scum vibe from him right now either so i probably wont be voting for him.

My main target for scum i think would be Serc as i didnt like the vehemence he tried to shoot down Omtoses Neo finding with.

The speed of the train building up is definitely worrying so there could definitely be a scum in there trying to build momentum on the case and get an easy lynch, but id guess at only one scum in there at most and il go back now and have a look at the voting posts.
