If HP is scum he is then an assistant cause being guarded would have stopped their kill, and the vig was used, thus only two deaths from last night in stead of three.

Can anyone think of a other possibility?

ok, I had a big drunken post made up and it made no sense, but in the end I just answered my own question. I want to make sure I understand this right. Accofrding to what people are saying, the vig worked because there was only one use left on the card acording to bargy. Serc couldn't have guarded the vig for there to be 2 vigs left. So by elimination HP is likely scum. But one quesiton, is it usual for the information to have the remaining vigs on the card be provided to the player with that card? That seems odd.

What I don't get the Kalse and/or Olar connection that Bargy pointed out. Now Olar is modkilled and a cardplayer (non-assistant in all liklihood).

And why was the mayor card used by an inno? If Alkend's vig went through and HP's kill didn't. BUt if Kaschan is HP's partner..

Fuck, I think I should go to bed and figure this out when my mind is sharp.

He could have been the Master and been Guarded also? And of course it may very well been a Heal stopping a kill. Would be nice to hear from Alkend...

if Alkend vigged an assistant it might have stopped their killer, or obviously a healer could have got the scums target (or the vigs target) which unfortunately isnt testable if it was the scums target but is definitely testable if it was the vigs target that was healed

Right the only other possibility is that Serc is an assitant and for some reason they decided to use guard, or any card. Why waste a perfectly good kill to use a card.

oh i forgot about the rule change, darnit, well we know that he didnt target by card atleast.

Im now getting really suspicious of Serc and Bargy as one of them is lying about seating but im not yet sure who it is as yet. call it gut instinct but somethings really not right here.

Day 1 i was beside Mockra he was on my right, and Kaschan on my right.

Bargy stated

the OP says that the person who gets the vig card will be told how many uses it has left.

Yeah with Barghasts clarification that mockra was on his left day 2 it definitely conflicts with Serc, but im not sure who's lying and what they have to gain from it. I think we'll have more info when people get cards again because at least then the person who gets the vig can tell us if Bargh was lying ( Then the thief can steal the vig off him if we really want it).

Sorry, I clarified, and Alkend will confirm. Barghast is my left not my right. Alkend has been on my right the entire time.
Originally I had Ruse on the left but after he died night 1, Barghast moved there.
