Ascendants, not gods. Gods == worshippers. Pust is clearly an ascendant (possibly incipient), but no worshippers (and nothing we've seen of true bhok'aral leads me to count them) means no godhood. Envy and Spite have no worshippers. That's how I see it, anyhoo.

It is perfectly monstrous the way people go about nowadays saying things against one, behind one's back, that are absolutely and entirely true.

I think that Spite almost definitely is not a agod but a really old ascendent cause she was a Nameless One for quite long and no mortal could probably remember her.

God does = worshippers. That is the difference between an ascendant and a god. The gods have worshippers.
Pust is not "clearly" and ascendant, do you have some reference to this? Besides his title as the God of Monkeys part, he's never been portrayed as anything but as a dangerous and secretive mage.
The question lies in whether or not the affection of monkeys would be enough to make him ascend. This being the MBotF I wouldn't be surprised actually.

well he is the magus of high house shadow, which makes him a candidate for ascendancy at the least. and we know he's got power. he handles dejim nebrahl pretty easily

That hot chick Masan Gilani pretty much demolished one of Dejom Nebrahl, so i dont think this is enough to make one uber powerful.

ehh, masan was extremely lucky in even killing one. dejim was starved, beat down by iskaral. it allowed her to get some distance while it feasted on her horse. she got two shots in and would not have gotten three. the only reason she survived is because the hounds showed up. sorry, but that argument wont convince me that pust isn't powerful. he could have finished dejim off, but he was busy
