So, any reason you went through an entire weekend break without mentioning your previous warlord? In fact, unless I missed something you have not even used the name Korbas since you were supposedly recruited away from him, prior to calling him Yaun Shu.

If you had been recruited away from a warlord who had a power of three at the time (one plus from you and one from Liosan), I would think the first task at hand would be to get him lynched. To come out and reveal such now just looks bad. Combined with the fact that you, and Telas whom your posts may give another day or two, are prime suspects for being Yaun Shu, I am not buying it.

Well that's interesting. If it's true, then Tulas Shorn was lying about being a recruit of Korvalain on night 2, but he did ultimately help stop a lynch on me in favor of a lynch on Korv, so clearly there is some amount of truth to his claims.

If that's the case, Yuan Shao and Yuan Shu both successfully recruited night 2 and Lu Bu (Korv) picked up Tulas on night 1 or possibly night 3, and lost him night 3/4.

Still, you seem to have no loyalty to Yuan Shu, yet you have refrained from revealing Yuan Shao for today, which probably indicates you're giving him a chance to recruit you back, or at least, waiting until he's a necessary lynch (seeing as how Yuan Shu is the main threat today).

I suspect we will be enemies before this game is through, Omtose, but today, we are friends.

I don't care if you buy it or not, tbh. I currently know 3 major warlords, with the last level 4 one still unknown to me.

in regards to the Korbas matter, I went with what my leader did in that situation. I have no clue if leaders are informed that one of their followers is recruited a way or not, so coming out against Korbas would've been stupid, esp if he had another recruit or something who'd be able to off me for "betrayal" w/e, it was the long weekend, I didn't think too hard about the whole thing. The on;ly reason I revealed now is b/c you guys decided to lynch me all of a sudden, and given how quickly my magnetic personality tends to attract new recruting actions, I want to live as long as possible. I haven't had a single sucessful action yet, and frankly, I don't really care which team I end up with, so right now i'm playing for myself, without revealing my current leader.

I suspect Telas is. Omtose was apparently recruited away from me some time ago, yet refrained from mentioning this up until the first post after Telas' post about hoping anyone recruited away from him would reveal?
Hardly surprising he picked me either considering I was already on the table.

If Yuan shu has 2 recruits, and we lynch wrong, then as of tommorow he cannot lose, unless he loses a recruit in the night. His power level is high enough that he can recruit anyone, and so will never fall below a 3 man team. If he has 3 recruits by tommorow(he doesn't lose one tonight) he has half the team as a voting bloc, and will get another each night. The only way to stop him would be if he lost 2 recruits in one night, or one was NK'd.

So, it's d-day, or as close as.

And look at that, 3 votes built up on me, after Telas comments on hoping someone was recruited away, and lo, by perfect coincidence, on comes omtose to state that he was, and just chose not to reveal it until then.

If Omtose is lying completely, you are correct.

There are three options:

Omtose is telling the truth all the way through. If so, Yaun Shu and Yaun Shao both likely have one recruit left while Omtose's new master may have two.
He is telling the truth about Yaun Shu and lying about being recruited away from Yaun Shao. Then Yaun Shao has two recruits and Yaun Shu likely one.
Omtose is lying completely. Then Yaun Shu has two recruits.

Anyway you slice it, it is Omtose's current master who is likely close to the majority, so I will not be trusting his word on who to lynch.

The campaign against Lu Bu complete, Yuan Shao invited Liu Bei, who had joined in the fighting at Xiaopei, to return with him to the capital. The next day Emperor Xian held court. After receiving news of the defeat of Lu Bu by Zhang Ji and the Xiongnu, and of Zhang Lu's forces' collapse in Hanzhong, Yuan Shao hailed Liu Bei's feats of arms and presented him. Attired in court apparel, Bei paid homage at the base of the steps to the throne. THe Emperor then instructed him to asced. "Tell me of your lineage," the Emperor said. "I can trace my ancestry through Prince Jing of Zhongshan," Liu Bei replied, "back to his father, Jing, the fourth emperor. My grandfater was Liu Xiong, my father Liu Hong." Emperor Xian ordered the director of the Imperial Clan to recite from the clan registry.

The Emperor checked the order of the lineage and found that Liu Bei was indeed an imperial uncle. Day and night we brood on this, dreading the peril to the realm. Think of the obstacles and hardships the Supreme Ancestor faced when he founded this dynasty: forge a union of stouthearted men, stalwarts of unimpaired integrity and unimpeachable loyalty; exterminate this perfidious faction and restore the security of our holy shrines for our ancestors' sake. I have cut my finger and shed this blood to compose this decree confided to you. Remain vigilant. Do not fail our hopes.

Man, I cannot help but think that that scene indicates Liu Bei is semi-close to victory and the current big dog in town, although that would indicate he's had recruitment success without hitting rank 4.

Doesn't the Scene indicate that Lui Bei is the New recruit od Yuan Shao? Thats what I got out of it. Korv ( Lu Bu ) ws killed and his former team member ( Omtose? ) got a new name and was recruited by Yuan Shao. I might be reading that wrong though. The common names being thrown around make my thinky meatz hurt

Well, if he's rank 3, but hasn't lost any recruits, he's in a position of strength.

So at this point are we looking at 3 leaders , 2 with 2 recruits and one with one recruit? Thats what I am seeing.

Yuan Shu has 1 for sure
Yuan Shao has 1 for sure
XXXX( Omtose's lead???) has 1 for sure. This is how I see it today (This could all change tomorrow with the stealing mechanic):


Leader 1: Telas Subordinate(s): Meanas

Leader 2: Korbas Subordinate(s): Spite, Tulas( could be other team, just not w/ Meanas)

Leader 3: Sukul/Gaylord Subordinate(s): Sukul/Gaylord, Omtose

Then there is me, the Douchewaffle no one wants. It's possible that Gaylord isn't recruited yet, but seeing as he is the perfect recruit candidate and its day 5...yeah right.


"What about you, Douchewaffle?" you might ask? I was recruited by Okaros on night one. He was then lynched day 2 and I have been in Limbo ever since. Thats why Meanas couldn't recruit me. Thats why i had the mega-poston why we should vote off spite and not Okaros on day 2.

Looking at it from you guy's perspective, Telas and Meanas are really the deciders, The indecision comes from the fact that no on can decide if gaylord, or Sukul are the leader of team 3.

Facts:

Meanas is a recruit-
Tulas is a recruit-
Spite is a recruit-
Omtose is a recruit-
I am a recruit-


That leaves 4 people and 3 of them are leaders. The indecision lies in whether Sukul or Gaylord are the 3rd leader. My money is on Sukul.
