Last Saturday week I made a pizza burger with my mate - two of those mini pizzas as the bun, with a burger, etra cheese, fried onions and bacon inside. Immense stuff, I recommend it to all! Posted Image

Sounds magnificent but you are missing a crucial bit of information. What pizza topping? If it wasn't pepperoni, you missed out on some valuable saturated fat there!

I am rather fond of casseroles. One of my favorites is a chicken/broccoli thing that can be made a few different ways, but it's simple to make.

1. Cut up some chicken (after deboning if you are a cheapass) and cook it however you like best....I like to cut it up and throw it in a skillet with some red or green onions, garlic salt, black pepper and maybe some basil. Sometimes I throw small-cut bits of bacon in with it for the juice, or maybe a bit of olive oil.

2. Steam a bunch of broccoli.

3. Cook some cream o chicken or cream o mushroom soup (Campbell's makes cream o chicken AND mushroom, which is nice) in a big pot, the regular way with equal part milk, and toss in a bag full of cheese squares, whatever kind you like best (I like colbyjack for this purpose).

4. Cook either some rice or some angel hair pasta. If you use pasta, I recommend breaking it up before boiling it.

5. Throw the pasta/rice, chicken, and broccoli in the pot with the soup. Mix it all up, and pour into casserole dish(es). Top with shredded cheese; I like to use sharp cheddar for the topping.

Bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes.

Yum.

I made fajitas, but I accidentally bought chicken thigh instead of breast and it was poor, unpleasant, fatty meat.

Don't get me wrong nothing wrong with a bit of leg, but I'm definitely a breast man.

I purty much agree with you there... The only thing I ever use thighs for are stews, pulled chicken, or soups. Basically, anything that has them simmering for long enough that they just fall apart anyway. I generally buy breasts, but often find myself buying the leg part with the bone in and skin on. It bakes so well, and tastes so delicious!

on that note, pulled chicken, mixed with a sufficiently spicy seasoning is excellent in fajitas. Much better than just chunking up the thigh meat for some reason.

How do you pull chicken by the way. I've always wanted to do myself up a pulled pork sandwich but didn't know how. Is there a special tool?

I mean, I do a lot of "pork pulling" when nobody's around (if you know what I mean) but I think we're talking about different things here.

Sidle up to her in a bar and say "my dear, your feathers look absolutely stunning tonight, it would be rude of me not to buy you a drink"

After that she'll be yours all night.

Horrible perversions are delicious surprisingly often.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

You basically have to cook the meat at low temperature for a long time. I use my slow-cooker whenever I want to do that. You want to cook the meat until it reaches a point where you can just pull it apart with your fingers or two forks. Then you just pull it all apart using two forks!

I've attached a good pulled pork recipe, for reference! :p

Only thing missing from it is you need to find a GOOD barbecue sauce, not that 25% ketchup, 25% sugar bullcrap like Kraft. Try Diana Sauce, and PC makes a really good BBQ sauce too.

If you don't have a slow-cooker, you can bake it in the oven, covered, at 325-350F for about 4 hours. And always buy the cheapest piece of meat. Lots of fat around it keeps the meat more moist so it doesn't dry out, and you'll be pulling all the meat away from the fat to make your sandwiches anyway.

Every night at around 8:00 I make myself a sausage and egg muffin with m&m sweet and spicy sauce...... Good stuff

And every couple of months I make a batch of homemade pork dumplings

Also, a bit part of my diet is bold bbq doritos........ put them on sandwiches, sausage egg muffins, crush them up and put them in chicken pot pies..... I just can't get enough of them

Has anyone ever ate turkey (or chicken) encore, or as we like to call it, chicken shit?

It's a casserole with white rice in the bottom and sides of the dish, with a creamy chicken pot pie type filling and topped with a cheese/breadcrumb topping that gets crunchy when you bake it.......... It's absolutely fucking delicious
