how does that equate to scum?

galain is a guard and can kill one of those whom he guarded. but can only do it during a different phase. ruse is i dont know what but i know they arent scum. look at the winning conditions for the russians. the lover pair mentioned, if they sirvive to the end they earn points, but it proves they arent scum as they are mentioned in the town faction.

omtose are ruse are that pair.

Well as we know who most people are and the sniper is still loose you are the most likely person to be him from what i can see. Also the other thing i lost a BP today there is a scene, why would that happen if i was scum!

WHY are you making these assumptions? Lynch BP=/= scum. We've seen virtually everything in this game, so why not that?It might have been needed for balance. Tapper said this was a BITCH to balance.
