Hell cuba was the only country in the late 80's and early 90's that Aids numbers were going down.

Hello. Ok i find it interesting that after all the warning to read the OP a few people some how didnt know that the syndicate was the scum, i mean i only gave it a quick look through and i got that much, so it does seem like jumping on the first person to do something ( speak spanish) even if it wasnt much and then peopletry and find reasons for it.

I thought it was a good way to increase activity... carrot and stick and all that jazz.
