I want to inform every player of the following information for night 2. This all applies, regardless of what happens with today's resolution.

All players will be Level 2, unless two players die before the Day's end, in which case all players will be Level 3.

All night actions are resolved IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. I do not accept early or provisional actions.

All night actions MUST BE SENT IN A NEW PM TO PATH-SHAPER. I will not accept any "running conversation" PM night actions. Please title the PM so it's easy for me to read.

All night actions will NOT be resolved for at least one hour after night begins. I have plenty to get through here.

Finally, ALL NIGHT ACTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL AFTER THE EVENING SCENE IS POSTED. YOU MAY NOT SEND A NIGHT ACTION UNTIL I OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE IT IS NIGHT 2. ALL PMS BEFORE THIS WILL BE DELETED.

[Path-Shaper]

El Presidente had spent the majority of the day examining the dossiers. They contained a plethora of circumstantial evidence, but nothing solid, of course. If anything had been solid, the rat would have been immediately captured and executed.

The hours had slowly crept by and Hugo was not entirely sure what his plans were. The writing appeared to be on the wall regarding some type of coup, but who was behind it? The Russians? Their ambassador had certainly been rather cold in his response to the suggestion. The French? Their ambassador had left weeks ago for "unspecified reasons" and Hugo's calls to the President were not returned. The Americans? Anything was possible with those cowboys, considering what had happened so many years ago in nearby Cuba. The British? Their ambassador had merely laughed and spilled his tea when Hugo suggested it during their earlier meeting.

And then there were the rumors of traitors to even the foreign nations... factions within factions... Hugo's head spun at the thought of such double play on his soil.

He had always been a paranoid leader, but not so much a Castro. He had no intention of blindly rounding people up and executing them.

Still, the reports on one person seemed to stand out... he carefully thought it over.

The phone rang. El Presidente picked it up. It was the Chief of Police.

"Sir, your orders?" Gremio thought it over very carefully.

The sun's light faded to almost beyond the horizon.

"Bring this person in!"

"Yes, El Presidente."

She was brought in for questioning, and never brought back out.

Spite is dead. She was Claire Moncoutié, a French Spy.

"At last, we finally meet." Her smile was cold, expressionless. She either did not enjoy this rendezvous, or she had no intention of showing it.

He opened his massive arms to give her a hug. She merely looked at him blankly. She said, "Get in the car, you oaf, before someone sees us." He obliged, ducking to fit into the miniature vehicle.

All he could think about as they drove off was, Why didn't she get a truck?

The package dropped exactly at 1900, as expected. He looked inside the crate and smiled. It was exactly what he needed.

Elsewhere, another package arrived. He crawled out of his hole and opened it up.

Flares. Good, he thought.

She slid open the door carefully... It had been a calm day, but they would be home soon. She quickly made her way down and to the street, to the garbage can where it would be waiting. She looked at the message inside and quickly grew a large grin.

She knew she wasn't the only one that would be so happy at that moment.

"Ugh, bloody..." he grumbled to himself. He'd had an eventful day and was on his way to his destination, but the damned car had broken down. "What else?" he said, looking into his pocket for a phone. He suddenly saw some movement outside in a nearby alley. He had been followed.

"Damn it all!" He muttered and then exited the vehicle. He ran as quickly as he could into a building. He didn't realize he had forgotten something in the car.

"At last... it's done! We'll see what they say next time..." the laughter was maniacal.

They opened the papers. New orders were in. Excellent.

I don't know what to make of Korv's CF now. Is that the more common CF or is Korv's? I'm definitely leaning towards Spite's CF as the more common, meaning what the hell was Korv? What do you mean by Master of Disguise, Barghast?

I think the second is more likely, to be honest. Would be a nice way for a spy to protect his nation.

[Hood's Path]

I think Korv was just your run of the mill quadruple agent.

[Kaschan]

Well that CF is interesting. I will stick with my thoughts that Korvalain was some sort of symp.

Why else would someone infiltrate all 4 factions and have a different name in each? The Syndicate are described as having infiltrated the spy agencies and the Korv CF seems to back that up. Since he didn't CF as Syndicate as the Mods have said then he wasn't the killer so it only leaves Symp or something similiar.

Perhaps some sort of Master of Disguise as well, but then whose he working for if he's a member of all 4? Himself? Lone winner/Serial Killer of some sort?

Wow, I hadn't even considered that last option. However, if that was the case thank goodness he's dead!
