I like the bear, in my neck of the woods, people actually carve this stuff.

With chainsaws, I hope! I went to Hope in BC where Rambo was filmed. That town was full of chainsaw carvings. It was quite a sight to behold.

Oh yes, and "welcome" to all the fresh meat!

I'm currently on my first re-read of MBoTF, MoI so far. It's amazing what you pick up the second time around...

Or one of my ex-girlfriends...
If an opinion contrary to your own makes you angry, that is a sign that you are subconsciously aware of having no good reason for thinking as you do. If some one maintains that two and two are five, or that Iceland is on the equator, you feel pity rather than anger, unless you know so little of arithmetic or geography that his opinion shakes your own contrary conviction. … So whenever you find yourself getting angry about a difference of opinion, be on your guard; you will probably find, on examination, that your belief is going beyond what the evidence warrants. More like a P'Dan T'Cbear.

Welcome everybody!
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

HI, I am LORD BROOD. He seems like the best character so far, but I have only read GoTM and DG and MoI. But they are great. I was around here before checking out the book forums, nice setup and such.

I think a zombie cat is funny.

Oh my, be on your guard, cause a lot of people use the expression 'I blame Brood' around here.
Best you know it right now from the start and know it isn't personal.

Welcome to the forums, and the same to everyone above who I didn't greet in person :)
