Seerdomin spent a lot of time with her, but Spinnock was in love with her.
I looked it up. Sinister Toste is right: when her family is slaughtered by Redmask in RG, Setoc is 10. So she could be 12 by DoD. I'm still a little appalled by that, but oh well.
DoD, TtH and RotCG timeline, contains spoilers.

Who are we to criticise love (even though this stretches it a bit, uhm...)
...Every tale is a gift,
And the scars bourne by us both,
are easily missed,
In the distance between us.

Don't be blind,
Mind,
To be kind,
For you will find,
Kindness has its own rewards,
and each must find his way to heaven

If memory sercves me correctly, when the CG approaches Topper in the Imperial Warren he mentions something about a card being created for him if he doesn't like one in th ehouse... and he said it had already been done in the past .. Topper also seems to have access to dark magic (could be High House Dark) as he lets the female assasin 'disolve' into it... could the King of Night card not represent him? Woudl this also not mean he is something more than just a 'simple' mortal assassin?

You're mixing up a few things. King of Night does not represent Topper - in GotM we find out he's half- or quarter-Andii, so he can use Kurald Galain, which is what we see him use. And he's the Clawmaster. Of course he's more than just a simple mortal assassin. I don't remember the CG approaching Topper though?

@ mappo, the CG approaches Topper in the Imperial warren in ROTCG, talking to him through an old corpse just after Topper kills one of Mallick Rel's Claw. The CG was offering him a new card in the House of Chains.

Ok so what I want to know is...when does Laseen die?
before or after Hood's death? is she still kickin around somewhere in the underworld? I hope she ascended and is actually part of a super longterm Shadowthrone plan

seeing as though traveller is still on quon tali when laseen dies, i'm quite sure she passed through hoods gates, what WJ and the bridgeburners had to say to her when she got there i'm not sure. couldn't have been a pleasant reunion.
