There are reasons for me knowing stuff like this but I can't, for the life of me, work out what they are... Related to this, due to expansion/contraction of metal due to heat, the Eiffel Tower has been recorded as growing by six inches (in height) during a warm summer (all those that read "growing by six inches" and sniggered should be ashamed of themselves)
