Okay, Emur's revealed as Kong Rong. Doesn't fit what I had my list, even if I could be wrong, but...
Why Kong Rong instead of someone major like Liu Bei or Cao Cao? All the other names listed have been major.

I am Feng Xu, a Sorcerer in the Han Court.
If all Han Generals are killed, I am able to use my Mystic Powers to kill 1 person. If they are not a Yellow Turban Sympathizer, I die.
PS will tell me when my vig becomes active, because god knows I will never know if/when all Han generals are killed.

true, but that wiki states that after the emporer was defeated he calimed power, which does concur with the role as he claims he gets a kill when the generals die.
