Some interesting happenings in the NFL today with Crabtree finally signing and Braylon Edwards being traded to the Jets!

I feel badly for Tuberski who sat on Crabtree all this time and then finally dropped him last week. I probably would have dropped him too by now, as there was no sign he was even going to re-enter talks until this week.

I've dropped Randle El, at last. Leaves me a bit light WR-wise, but I needed a fill-in kicker for the week.

Who's gonna be the first to grab Crabtree off waivers? Not me, as I think he'll be cack this season what with having no rapport or familiarity with the system, coaches and QB. But hey, what do I know.

I actually grabbed him already. I was really struggling in the WR department considering I had Galloway, Evans and Ginn all who were doing nothing, I also had Mark Bradley as a pick up last week. I decided to clean house and stop waiting for my WR's to finally produce. It's not like I am going to stick Crabtree in right away or anything. I'm going with two TE's this week and I've worked out a trade wit KM for Bryant, so I can wait on Crabtree and see how he does. I don't mind sitting on him at all, I'd rather that than take the chance of him being on someone else's roster and having a good year.

I put Drew Brees on the trading block. If anyone is interested I'll looking for a RB.

That'd be a horrible trade. Brees is worth a benched Byron Leftwich, if that.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Damn that means you've got both your QB's up on the trading block now! It's going to have be one hell of an RB to make that an even trade. Or at least I assume you're going to be wanting a lot for either Favre or Brees

After 3 weeks i am doubting my sanity in choosing to support the cardinals for this competition, but i hope the bye week has changed some things. I am not losing hope yet.

Sixty do you want the fantastic 49rs Def and give me Arizona? Has offered it as trade but need answer today, since i need it for sundays game!

Go Cardinals!

Not really. It's not like I'm expecting Peterson or anything, just a top-line RB. Mine are in a total mess and I've got 2 really good QB, so I figured I'd see if anyone wanted to deal.

I think you are to hard on your RB`s or atleast on K. Moreno. he is going to be a stud.

Sure, hes GONNA be a stud. He's gonna be pretty inconsistent in his rookie year though.

No thanks. Not for the 49ers D, at least; they only excelled because they were paying the rams imo.

I've made a counteroffer, though.

Sunday OMG its Sunday!

Sunday is suddenly 1 of my favorite days now. Alot of NFL a few beers and some friendly competition.Posted Image

We have alot of really close games this week, my own included. So this might be my last chance to say this " I am undefeated, 4-0, top of the hill, King of kings ".

I hope Hairball picks a defense, so that match will be close as well.

I hope I dont drop the wrong player (Future Fantasy superstar) to pick up a truly lame TE.

I hope Texans - Cardinals becomes a shootout.

Hoosier isnt the greatest Colts fan! Slum has 3 Colts on his team and is starting 2 this week.

I had decided to make a trade each week, but failed in week 4. I am gonna try harder next week.

Good luck to you all this week, except ofcourse Gunslingers.

Why is the first game on British TV always shit? I can't watch the second one as it goes on too late for me to successfully hog the TV. Ravens Bengals? Really? That's the best you can offer? Pretty much every one of the other games at that time is better, and more importantly, ACTUALLY HAVE SOME OF MY PLAYERS INVOLVED. GRAAAAAH

Well it seems like Big Ben's new go to man is Mendenhall, which doesn't bode well for my match up against Sixty. He's already got a ton of yards and a td. Here comes 0-5.
