I'm going all compromise on you, as opinions are split rather equally. It's something we dutch are grand at, so don't despair, the resulting answer is guaranteed to be just enough of everything to keep everyone happy and fail miserably.

Bent and I put our heads together, his lovely wife has plans to occupy him for most of the weekend, and him being a nice guy (and her wearing the pants?) means he'll do what she wants him to do. I myself will be away for most of sunday and i want to get drunk on saturday, too.

Day 2 times out at 9.00 AM saturday morning my time.

From there, I'll let the game run for around 12 hours, before locking the thread.

EDIT: during this time, the modkill-timer is turned off

ALL OF SUNDAY, THE THREAD IS LOCKED.

Monday, when I arrive at work, I unlock the game, and day 3 resumes, with 24 hours on the clock.

OK I'm all caught up. Good idea on the weekend freeze compromise IMO.

I saw a lot of stupid ideas on the previous page about scum knowing each other or maybe having some kind of odd communication ability or something. Again, those are very bad ideas. If you believe any of those ideas, you are wrong.

This is, however, high TMDI, and I think I have a good explanation for the high number of scum deaths that would also explain why Tapper felt the need to elaborate in the beginning why some roles/teams would have a harder time winning than others.

I would bet that we have Guilty Millers in this game: people that CF scum that are not actually scum. That would really screw us with the CFs. If we see another 2-4 deaths tonight and several of them come up scum, I would say that makes my theory most likely correct. It screws with both town and killers because killers have no idea how close they may be to the end of the game, and it screws with town who thinks they may be down to one killer when there's only 10 or 11 people left.

Anyway, not really anything you can do about the theory. Based on last night's CFs, I'd say it's more likely that Okaros was scum than Emurlahn, so let's see how tonight goes.
