As few as 3 scum? I doubt it somehow, even if, as has been mentioned, they can get multiple kills, especially as it seems they are solo, although I also doubt it's much higher than 5. Because then we really wouldn't stand much of a chance against them.

Know what? It's possible, if we assume towns people will gain powers along the way, maybe scum will too somehow, like gaining numbers or something. I don't think it's likely scum start with as many as 4 or so, but it stands to reason that if there are people gaining powers, it has to balanced somehow for the scums. If it's totally random who gets the powers, maybe there's some sort of scum token or something.

I'm just speculating wildly here. Anybody around?

I guess it is possible, I was looking for a hopeful wcs, if that's not an oxymoron, and normally the numbers would be approx 5/ish scum for 19 players. But anything is possible, especially given the high TMDI.
