Okay, so, my thoughts on Rashan. He's probably a low level fellow in his faction, whatever that may be. He pushed very hard for Korlat, primarily because of his staunch belief that he was a killer and, this part raises my suspicions most, a or the Gray King. The belief in the Grey King thing is throughout Day 3, but is first stated in the aforementioned post 856. There's two possiblities. He's GB, as GB's mission critical goal is to kill Grey King, or he's Barsavi, as Barsavi are being hunted by Grey King. However, his great fear of the killers leads me to believe that, if he wasn't always, he is certainly now a Barsavi.

Or if we apply the "power roles obsess about themselves" corollary, maybe he's the GK!

Not impossible, but I think Shin very adeptly disproved that theory for us.

It's a reasonable argument. I was pretty sure Rashan was Spider from his heavy defense of Kaschan before Kaschan self-imploded, despite his cries that he was not. Based on the desire to push for Korlat as GK and the fact that most people have seemed to act like the faction chasing them is the biggest threat, I wouldn't be surprised if Rashan was Basarvi, but now we get to the tricky part of the game.

Why are you pointing it out, if you are also Basarvi? It should be pretty clear that you are either GK or GB based on the case, especially because you label Rashan as a low-level goon.

The goon thing is gut, he hasn't played the way I'd expect a leader to play. And the only reason I pointed out the fact that he is probably Barsavi, is because it would be a pretty stupid thing for me to go to all the work of looking at a person only to not post it. It makes me look more suspicious. Besides, if he is low level Barsavi, its still not a huge loss to the Barsavi if he's lynched/killed. I for one remain of the opinion that GB are the greatest threat.

See that looks like an Emur defense to me, Tellan, and there's no reason to defend him unless you're sure he's on your faction. Game WAS acting odd, but he also straight-up let himself die. I don't want to use any meta arguments, but I doubt Tapper would just throw away his vote unless he was confident that he had a juicy target. His reveal has a lot of heavy WIFOM, but it doesn't speak of "bad play" like DiBs's implosion.

Well then he did a piss poor job of it. Should've made an effort to put a case on him, and when that failed should've revealed as finder and claimed he found Emur as a role we knew would be super. We hadn't had any finder reveals yet, as opposed to him revealing as *another* bloody vig...

Well then, what do we think of a Emu lynch today? I'm not so crazy about a Rash lynch anymore, and haven't seen much from Emu to really hint at his faction. With Rash not being a likely GB anymore, I don't really know who to go after.

I don't see what's so ineffective about it, TBH. Night ended right after Gamelon got on, so I would NOT be surprised if he had more killing powers than he was willing to admit and deliberately withheld an action to see the CF first and make a decision. If Emur has a pocket healer, he could easily be insulated against kills all game, and I think you've just convinced me that you are his symp.

And now I must go play Fallout 3. For it is awesome. And Mafia has melted my brain again. Argh. See you later.

Well I still haven't read him over, but to disprove the idea that he's my leader:

vote Emurlahn

Happy Sil?

More reveals and more blood? I have had a quick read and can't make head or tail of Game's reveal. I think I need to read again, there's plenty of time, and whilst the 'he's not my leader so I don't care' type vote works early in the game I'm not rushing to speed lynch when things appear this finly balanced and the redistribution throws things into further confusion. Causiosity is called for...and yes it is a word, or it should be.

I am rarely happy, but having lunch has helped.

The two quick tag along votes are pretty interesting and do not change my opinion that Emur is a leader. Not sure if you just aren't voting for your leader, or trying to fake-symp me to avoid looking like you're defending him, which would possibly indicate you are a leader yourself since you aren't worried about getting killed by your own faction and are signaling to them that you want me killed.

edit: spelling

Yes I would recommend taking this one slowly... the last two lynches took place in under 24 hours.

It's a bit blatant to be trying to fake-symp you. As for myself, no I'm really not that worried as I don't think I've done anything particularly target-worthy. I think I'd be a lot more likely as a target if I had refused to vote for Emur.

I've been back through, but I can't find Game voting Emur. Am I missing it? He voted Korlat and Korlat voted Emur...but no Game on Emur vote?

-cut out unnecessary meta stuff-

Ok, back to mafiaz...well done? I am pleased to see some whittling down of the GBs, it was high time they lost some guys. And, frankly, I'd like to see them lose some more. I think Rashan was pointed out as a possible GB? I'm gonna read him over.

I find this post quite interesting. It seems to me that now the teams are more-or-less even, the Grey King faction is the new hot faction to take down (since both other remaining factions have reason to want to see them gone), so a post saying, "Hey guys, let's keep going after the GB," seems like a distraction.

Frankly, I'd like to see the Grey King faction whitled down and, hey, I think I found one.

Hey Amp, not a comment on the Emur case then? Just straight in with a case on Galain? And no Galain is nothing to me, but just seems a bit odd to me. State your case yes, but not even a passing comment on what's been going on?

That is because he didn't vote for Emur. He just asked Emur if he had multi Bp's.

That's what I thought...but why? I mean if he really thought Emur was something why didn't he vote him? And why has Amp thrown in what looks like a distraction vote? I am talking myself into WIFOM hell, but...none of it makes any sense.
