I used to work with a rather large woman who molested me in a lift. Im not sure whether it's a nigerian custom, but all I'll say is the buttocks seem to be a particular area of focus for the expression of friendship. Much groping occured. I felt scared, she could have crushed me with ease. Although I must admit, I probably would have.

Anyway...corvid is something to do with jackdaws isn't it? So I guess someone who is scared of jackdaws??? We have lots of them, they are very clever, but when they flock together I can see why someone would be scared.

The Corvidae are the crow family, so rooks, ravens, crows, jackdaws, magpies... the whole schmeer. I expect a corvidophobe would primarily be afraid of crows for some reason...
