Looks like everyone is too afraid to move...anyway, I have to go and collect a sick dog from the vets - see you later....There's no dog smiley...

'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.

Restrain yourself patiently with those who call on their Lord morning and evening, desiring His face.
"pseudoscience and superstition will seem year by year more tempting, the siren song of unreason more sonorous and attractive. Where have we heard it before? Whenever our ethnic or national prejudices are aroused, in times of scarcity, during challenges to national self-esteem or nerve, when we agonize about our diminished cosmic place and purpose, or when fanaticism is bubbling up around us – then, habits of thought familiar from ages past reach for the controls. The candle flame gutters. Its little pool of light trembles. Darkness gathers. The demons begin to stir." - Carl Sagan

The day is wrought with slung accusations and theories. Everyone seems to have taken refuge behind some form of barricade or another. One wall separate two arguing individuals.
"Brother!" cries DiBs. "I would go to our non-denominational creator in a heartbeat for your life if I believed you were of our cause, but I fear that you are not who you claim to be!"
"What have I done to you, Brother?" asked Morgoth on the other side of the wall. "Was it your sister? Did I offend her? I only meant to compliment how nicely the burqua covered her hideously scarred face."
"No, I am afraid it was... it was..." DiBs chokes back the words. "You have not shown a willingness to follow in our creator's righteous path!"
Morgoth is silent for a long pause and then finally says, almost imperceptibly... "What would you have us do, then, Brother? How can I prove it to you?"
DiBs responds with force. "Join me. I believe I have a way we can both get to the afterlife."
Morgoth pauses again and then says, "And how, pray tell, would you accomplish that?"
BEEP goes a button from behind the wall. Everyone ducks behind their shelter, but the force of the explosion annihilates what little cover Morgoth had. It also annihilates him.
DiBs is dead. He was town.
Morgoth is dead. He was not town.
It is now Night 2. Please send in your actions if you have any and have not.

The dust blows over your face throughout the night. Sleep is virtually impossible. The stillness and silence of night only adds to the rampant fear in everyone's eyes. In time, while sleep does not come, the morning does and people shamble out of their rooms to view the damage from the day before.
Cheers of victory go up among the assembled throng! Everyone embraces at seeing the dead infidel pig on the ground.
One person stands up on top of the highest platform he can and says, "Today, brothers... today, we are fr--"
A loud crack pierces the air and the person falls to the ground, his head filled with a gaping hole where his face once was.
Vengeance is dead. He was town.

It's Day 3. 24 Hours 0 minutes.
5 players are still alive: bwgan, Impirion, Shinrei, Silencer, Slick Mongoose
It takes 3 votes to lynch, 3 votes to go to night.
Players not yet voted: bwgan, Impirion, Shinrei, Silencer, Slick Mongoose

We can't afford any more suicide bombings. They take out two people, so with the night kill that would be game over if it's wrong. Whearas we should get 2 lynches otherwise, which would be better.

I took a look at Shin:
Saying "It appears that Morgoth claims to be a prophet" could be a symp clue of some kind. Promotable symp, maybe?
Shin kind of defends Morgy here.
And here.
And here.
I know that Morgoth went after Shin (although he didn't really - his case ended with a vote for bwgan). But that was all 1-way. Shin defended Morgoth several times.

drone, slick and morgy45 are all ranked.
the traitor or the false prophet seem most suspicious to me!
@bwgan "non-denominational jihadists" sounds like we just do it in our free time.

Two posts from Silencer:
Here kind of agrees with Morgoth's case, but kind of doesn't.
Here suggests that Morgoth might be a killer making the effort. Could be some mild distancing - Silencer clearly doesn't want to commit to anything.

And finally i've read through Morgoth. Apart from his attack on Shin/bwgan, I can't see anything to go on.
At the moment i'm inclined to vote for Silencer or Shin. If Imp is evil i'll be pretty annoyed, but there's nothing to go on there, and Morgoth voted for bwgan.
I'm going to have a think on my way home from work, as to whether the interaction between Shin and Morgoth could be fake.

Well I had a thought that Shin was a symp...I even thought he was lining me up for a n/k, but I'm still here...not that proves anything...the other thing is I had a vote on Venge...so that n/k could have been another attempt at setting me up for a lynch instead (self obsessed? Me?...not at all, just paranoid.) I'm going to have a reread to see what was said about Venge rather than by him.

Well no one said anything about Venge really, except me saying twice he was obsessed.
Shin though could really be a symp there's this (as has already been highlighted)
Could be a signal saying pick this one (although why Shin should think Venge was a good victim I have no idea)
Then
To be honest, I don't know.
Bwgan keeps using the ninja emoticon, which makes me speculate she's a morgoth45 type.
Of course, dib's 'if I wanted you dead I could find a way' statement towards morgy sounds like a hint in that direction too.
Silencer, vengeance and Slick - not reading so much into either of you.
Morgoth - I'm a little surprised he's taking his case on me so seriously
imperion - sick and just signed on...
Hurt symp? And why say 'not reading so much into either of you' when he has referred to three...incl Venge...could just be a typo, but hmmm.
What am I supposed to respond to exactly?
Your case is lame - and as such your "OMG Shin hasn't responded" seems to be an attempt to strongarm an inherently weak case.
heh, I reacted to you not responding. If you want to call that strongarming, be my guest. I prefer to call it "working towards a solution by talking together"
Could be - 'calm down my pet...I get the message' type thing?
TBH can't see much else to go on. With 10 players wouldn't it be overpowered to have 2 killers from the start? I suppose they could be paired, but I wouldn't have thought there would be a symp as well...would there?...Iit could be 1 killer and promotable sym? Or am I being naive? I can't remember the proper ratio...so perhaps I am being naive...oh and well done DiBs.
PS: I was wrong about one thing, it was Venge that Morgie was offering manly love to not DiBs. Again, probably doesn't mean anything.
Oh

Yeah! One scum down! (Though I would have thought that, given the scenario, that'd be game over...but perhaps promotable symps/even a traitor-type character...)
Hrm - @Slick, I wouldn't say I'm that against committing, even thought that, in this case, would be to my advantage (because if I'm against committing then being wishy-washy on Morgo is indicative of nothing), but I did end up voting for you - that's not indecisive.
I'm back to school today, but in the meantime, I'm not willing to pile onto Shin (it's just not my style, Slick...I don't just put votes down anywhere, as it's too much following and not enough my own work).
Back in 8 hours, plenty of time will still be left in the day however.
